Bad - Driver spoke very poor English. And drove very dangerously On the way back there came a driver who could not speak English and with a car where only 3 people could enter wine wares with 4 adults and each had a suitcase with that was also so on arrival , we had to take another taxi at our own expense so no recommendation

Don't waste your time or money - I booked a round trip service. no issues with pick up. the driver reached out days before with phone number, was there on time, even after our delayed flight. When we were returning I started reaching out the day before asking when pick up would be. No response. I even reached out to the original driver and relayed our message to the company. At 9PM, the night before our flight I fianlly got a response that we would be picked up at 1:30PM. I explained that was waht time our flight takes off. As I had to put that info in the reservation. I got a response to this at 2AM asking what time I would like pick up, which I did not see until 7AM. I response 9:30 AM. I was met with contact Viator. though much back and forth I was asked to pay $60 to change the time since it was within 24 hours. I did not of course. The person I was texting with was very rude and disconnected the text. We had to buy another ride home. Would never recommend

Do not choose this service - The driver did not show up and when we called the number they stated that they would refund us. At that point I was standing at the airport and just needed to get to my hotel. Very disappointing!

Car never showed up. Good... - Car never showed up. Good news is that they have a 24 hour line. The representative told me they had had a computer glitch, and my reservation had been lost. I took a cab instead. At least they quickly refunded my pre-payment.

Worst first time experience. - This was the Worst experience. I booked for 5 people with 5 luggages. When I arrived no one was in contact with me until Viator called them. When they finally came , they sent a car that only 3 people max could fit & told me two people should have to take a taxi. It was a language barrier so the communication was all over the place. When the second car pulled up it was a Van that didn’t have the car seat I requested for my one year old on top 5 suitcases did not fit . The two drivers were yelling at each other and on the phone yelling. We were not feeling safe for them to drive us. I was expecting a sprinter / suv truck with a third roll. The cars they offer are not big enough for families & are in bad condition . I will never book with this company again .

Terrible experience, lack of accountability from Viator and service provider - Our experience with the pickup service booked via Viator was extremely disappointing. Firstly, there was an error from the beginning as Viator stated they would contact us the day before our scheduled pickup, yet nobody did. On arrival at the airport, after waiting over an hour, our driver never appeared. We sent multiple messages via the app seeking assistance and made several phone calls but received no response. Nearly two hours later, Viator finally replied through the app, offering apologies and explaining that the driver had been waiting in a location that was never specified in our reservation details. Because of this confusion, we were forced to take a taxi, resulting in an additional and unnecessary $100 USD expense. This greatly impacted the start of our trip negatively. Having no alternative, we reluctantly used the return transfer included in our reservation. Unfortunately, this was also mishandled. Due to poor communication between Viator and Elife Las Vegas (the contracted company), the driver initially went to the wrong hotel. When the driver finally arrived, the provided vehicle was far too small, leaving our family of four extremely uncomfortable during the journey to the airport. In summary, neither Viator nor the contracted company, Elife Las Vegas, took responsibility for these problems or provided adequate customer support. Their lack of timely responses and inability to coordinate properly resulted in a highly stressful and disappointing experience. I would strongly discourage others from booking through Viator or Elife Las Vegas, as I would rather pay significantly more next time to ensure reliable service.

Nightmare - Worst of the Worst. We had a round trip from the airport to our hotel. On the trip from the airport to the hotel everything was terrible. The driver said he would meet us if we would contact him and it would only take him 2 to 5 minutes when in reality, he did not meet us and we had to guess where he was. When we attempted to call him, he spoke no English and gave us no idea of where to meet him. His personal vehicle looked nothing like the ad and instead was a rundown old van. On the return trip from the hotel back, we did not get contacted the day before and finally had to contact the service only to find out that someone had written in a pick up time of 10 AM when we needed a pick up time of 6 AM. We called and they said they would have to charge us for a change, of course there was no change only our original plans. Without anything else to do, we paid the additional fee. When the driver arrived, his car smelled of cigarettes and it was an uncomfortable ride. I have used the service before for transfers and tolerated small inconveniences, but this one is beyond belief.
