    Bus Tours in San Francisco

We enjoyed the tour and Allan's humor! It was one of the best ways to get around the city and learn interesting facts about SF...
We chose a small company for an original and personal tour, and the SF Love Tour completely delivered!
Our guide, Monicka, was terrific. She was informative, fun and eager to answer questions. Her knowledge of the city was very thorough as was the tour. This was a great choice for getting our bearings on our first day in SF.
I enjoyed the tour, the bus, and Monica's personality and knowledge. One recommendation (and it is a strong one) is to either add 30 minutes to the tour and plan a few more stops, or leave it at two hours, cover a little less of the city, and plan a few more stops. The only stop was the Golden Gate bridge. Due to the nature of the low ceiling in the bus and smaller windows, it is very difficult to snap decent photos along the way. The bus is fun and much cooler than the large bus tours but to better set your tour apart from the larger tours, two or three additional stops would make a big difference. Suggestions would be the Palace of Fine Arts, somewhere in the Presidio and/or Golden Gate Park. It would be so easy to allow the four to six passengers to jump out for a few minutes here and there and would have made the tour much more enjoyable. Hope you take this one to heart.
Alan is a great guy, great sense of humor and extremely knowledgable about his hometown San Francisco, highly recommend, I used to live in SF but went with my son who had never been there before and was great overview of the city.
