The Horseback wine tasting tour deserves 5 stars rating especially thanks to our tour guide ZOE!!! She was very nice, professional and willing to make us all happy!!! Thanks a lot Zoe!!! The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is the lack of communication prior to my booking.I needed more information about my trip and I left at least 3 messages and couple emails but nobody never emailed me back or called me back.I was working on this reservation 1 and half month prior to our tour (it was a Birday gift for my friend and another 4 people joined us,so I wanted to make sure that there will be availability on specific date)Finally 2 days before our trip TJ answered all my questions over the phone. This was my second tour with the Saddle Up company and I will definitely come to tour with them in the future.Hopefully the communication will get better ;o)))
