Paddle Board Yoga in Mission Bay
Stretch out with a 90-minute stand-up paddle board yoga class where you work with a friendly teacher. Get an informative introduction to stand-up paddle boarding, then spend an hour floating on the water.
What You Will Do
- Head outdoors for some sunny fun with a stand-up paddle boarding yoga class
- Add some extra fun to your next birthday party, bachelorette party, anniversary celebration, or family reunion
- Coast over shimmering waters as you stretch out and breathe in, letting the sun light warm you up

All participants must have swimming ability. Arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to park and make your way to the beach. Wear clothes you can get wet in - swimsuit or dry-fit yoga wear works well, as do board shorts. Avoid cotton or anything excessively baggy. Wear sunscreen and a hat, bring a towel and water bottle. Please leave all valuables in your car. Tips are welcome and appreciated, but by no means required.
