Paddle Board Yoga in Mission Bay

Stretch out with a 90-minute stand-up paddle board yoga class where you work with a friendly teacher. Get an informative introduction to stand-up paddle boarding, then spend an hour floating on the water.

What You Will Do

Additional Information

  • All participants must have swimming ability. Arrive 10 minutes early to give yourself time to park and make your way to the beach. Wear clothes you can get wet in - swimsuit or dry-fit yoga wear works well, as do board shorts. Avoid cotton or anything excessively baggy. Wear sunscreen and a hat, bring a towel and water bottle. Please leave all valuables in your car. Tips are welcome and appreciated, but by no means required.

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled event may request a one time reschedule to a future date (with advance notice). No-shows and no-call cancellations forfeit all payments.
