The staff was friendly and the ride was beautiful.
We had a great time on the horseback ride this week at the ranch. Susie was a fantastic guide. I would highly recommend them anytime you would like to take a trail ride. The area was very beautiful, and she took time with a brand new rider to make sure they were comfortable.
It was a very fun experience!
We had a great time, Diane our tour guide was wonderful. My horse “Titan” was gentle and my husband’s horse was “Black Jack” he was a character. We will definitely come back and next time will bring our kiddos. Thanks Susie!!!
Wonderful experience, beautiful countryside, gentle horses
My first time riding and it was a perfect.
We picked SusieQ's Ranch as an off-the-main-path equestrian trail riding adventure and we were very pleased at the experience. We rode for a longer period (90mins), privately, up some wonderful trails with great views. After the ride we went to Lorimar Winery for our post-ride tasting and it also was really good.
This was such an amazing experience! Our guide Erik was awesome! Whiskey & Jack (our horses) were amazing! Everything about our ride & then later visiting the winery for the wine was phenomenal! We will definitely be returning!
I booked this ride as a birthday gift for my wife. The fact that it came with wine tasting was a plus, so for me it was a no brainer. We showed up early and due to a cancellation we were able to enjoy a private ride(usually extra), which made the experience that much better. Being first time riders, the horses were calm and the tour guide took care of us the whole way through. After the 90 minute ride, we were given our wine tasting ticket. Although the ranch was in Murrieta and wine tasting was in Temecula, it gave some time for my legs to get back to normal (LOL). We were also given a free appetizer for a restaurant in Temecula as an added bonus for my wife's birthday, so for me this was an outing that was well worth it. It was an overall great experience, my wife loved the whole thing. I highly recommend Susie Q Ranch, it was an outing experience that we will not soon forget.
Alex was super informative and he made the ride fun and exciting! The horses were very well trained. We will be back!
Everyone at Susie Q was very friendly and accommodating, the horses were really well trained and the riding was great fun
Staff, view, rythm
We had the best time at the Susie Q ranch. We took a 90 min private horse back ride. The trail was easy ride and was good beginners or experienced riders. The scenery was beautiful! The horses were calm, strong and a joy to ride. The ranch even has a petty zoo that allows you to pet and feed the animals. I would highly recommend booking with Susie Q.
We surprised my sister with a mid-morning horseback ride here for her bachelorette party weekend. She loved it! The horses were fun, the trail was beautiful, and Diane, our guide, was patient, fun to talk to and so kind. She even took a couple pictures of us and texted them to me. Also, we didn't get our wine vouchers before we left, but Curtis was kind enough to call the winery and put our names on will call so that we could hop over after lunch. We had so much fun!
Susie and her crew were super friendly and very accommodating, they provided helmets and boots and showed us the basics. The package tour came in with two wine tasting tickets to Lorimar Vineyard and Winery which my wife and I did not regret . Overall, we had a very remarkable experience. I would highly recommend this place.
This was such a great ride ! We've been to many different places for horseback riding and I will say the ride with Susie and her horses was one of the best ! She actually took good care of us out there. We had nice weather and the horses seemed to enjoy it too. Our ride was very peaceful and scenic, the way it should be. I will definitely go back again.
Was a very nice first time experience and had lots of fun and thanks to Monique for being such a great guide will def come here again
Very nice people, beautiful well taken care of horses and the staff was attentive and showed great knowledge and passion for what they do and the love for horses they have would definitely go back.
We had a great day celebrating my husbands birthday!
We really enjoyed the experience ridding your horses on such a beautiful day. Loved your rooster with the pony tail. He had such a great personality. The only change that I would suggest would be a little more team work and organization with the staff. One person complained to me that he sure wished the other person would get off their horse and help load people up. I feel like he was a one man band and was feeling over whelmed. Not a good idea to share frustration with the client regarding other employees. Team meetings in the mornings and pre-deligation may help. Everyone has a job to do and and help each other as a team :) so besides having a sore behind we had a wonderful memory and would be happy to return... Cindy
The ride was great. The young lady whom accompanied us and took us around the trail was awesome. The end of the ride was not what I had expected I was looking forward for a romantic wine sitting with my wife somewhere by the ranch. Instead we were given tickets to go wine tasting. That took away from the whole 90 min ride with wine. Perhaps I should have asked about it and not assume
Trail was fairly scenic and Buttercup was a great horse. I’ll definitely request him again if I come back.
Visiting Susie Q Ranch was my first time riding horses, it was very fun and very simple. The wine tasting was amazing and very opening experience. The horses were well kept and the family was friendly. I would go back for sure.
Because Suzie gave us a great time. Very likable. 5 *
I enjoyed the ride at your ranch. However, I was a little disappointed that the trail wasn't more natural/remote. Also, the horses were a little TOO tame--I felt like I wasn't doing anything, Hank knew the way and would follow it without my touching the reins. But it was a good experience overall. The $10 for the wine tasting was definitely worth it!
It was a great. The horses were well behaved and Susie was a great guide. Thanks
I had a wonderful time here! Everyone was very sweet and helpful. We had a group of 7 people and everyone left with a smile. We had a small problem with the winery and Curtis answered immediately and got the problem solved quickly. I would definitely recommend coming here again.
Suzie was an absolute wonderful trail guide and conversed with us the entire time. The terrain and country was beautiful and scenic. The price was reasonable and the horses perfect.
