We really enjoyed the experience ridding your horses on such a beautiful day. Loved your rooster with the pony tail. He had such a great personality. The only change that I would suggest would be a little more team work and organization with the staff. One person complained to me that he sure wished the other person would get off their horse and help load people up. I feel like he was a one man band and was feeling over whelmed. Not a good idea to share frustration with the client regarding other employees. Team meetings in the mornings and pre-deligation may help. Everyone has a job to do and and help each other as a team :) so besides having a sore behind we had a wonderful memory and would be happy to return... Cindy
The ride was great. The young lady whom accompanied us and took us around the trail was awesome. The end of the ride was not what I had expected I was looking forward for a romantic wine sitting with my wife somewhere by the ranch. Instead we were given tickets to go wine tasting. That took away from the whole 90 min ride with wine. Perhaps I should have asked about it and not assume
Trail was fairly scenic and Buttercup was a great horse. I’ll definitely request him again if I come back.
Visiting Susie Q Ranch was my first time riding horses, it was very fun and very simple. The wine tasting was amazing and very opening experience. The horses were well kept and the family was friendly. I would go back for sure.
Because Suzie gave us a great time. Very likable. 5 *
I enjoyed the ride at your ranch. However, I was a little disappointed that the trail wasn't more natural/remote. Also, the horses were a little TOO tame--I felt like I wasn't doing anything, Hank knew the way and would follow it without my touching the reins. But it was a good experience overall. The $10 for the wine tasting was definitely worth it!
It was a great. The horses were well behaved and Susie was a great guide. Thanks
I had a wonderful time here! Everyone was very sweet and helpful. We had a group of 7 people and everyone left with a smile. We had a small problem with the winery and Curtis answered immediately and got the problem solved quickly. I would definitely recommend coming here again.
Suzie was an absolute wonderful trail guide and conversed with us the entire time. The terrain and country was beautiful and scenic. The price was reasonable and the horses perfect.
My sister and I had an absolutely wonderful time on our 90-minute ride. We thought that it was going to be flat and boring but it was beautiful as well as we had hail to go up and down and the trailer guides were absolutely wonderful talking to us and being funny. We had wonderful horses that made us feel safe the entire ride and we plan on coming back again with more family and friends
The ride was amazing! Our tour guide was perfect. The horses were great. 10/10 would recommend to friends.
I had such a nice ride out in the country. I was met by a nice young lady who checked me in and gave me a helmet to wear. She introduced me to my horse, Whiskey, and let me have some carrots to feed to the horses. they have about 18 horses on the ranch. Then Susie, the owner, came in from a ride with another group. We went out and my horse was great. We rode for 1 1/2 hours and just talked the whole way. I would recommend Susie's place if you enjoy riding horses.
Amazing experience and Susie is very friendly and accommodating.
Beautiful experience patient guide. And Romantic!
