This was an awesome time. Susie is. Very patient with first time riders. The horses were also very patient.
Susie and her farm family are super welcoming and friendly. Her dogs greet you the moment you arrive and so does her red headed pig tailed granddaughter. You couldn't ask for a better greeting. The ride takes you through some of the Murrieta! hills for gorgeous scenery, the horses are gentle and easy to ride, and the conversation from our guide had us very entertained. I cant wait to come back again this month and bring my daughter.
The view, friendly staff, the animals were all very fun! Had a blast feeding the horses and playing with the dogs/cats.
We had an overall great ride and hike with the horses. Alex was a great guide!
Very enjoyable horse ride through the hills by the ranch. An hour was the perfect length for ride! My friends and I were able to buy tickets day of and we all got to choose the same hour. The horses were cute and well tamed! Would ride again in the future!
Everything was very clean. The ride was beautiful and very beginner friendly. So die was friendly and for informative.
From the very beginning, everyone was kind, knowledgeable and at ease with both horses and riders.
The instructor was very nice and professional. Had a fantastic experience, would highly recommend.
Excellent experience! My kids loved it. I chose this place because it was one of the only places that allowed my youngest son (6yrs) to ride. He had a blast. We would certainly return for another ride. Staff is very courteous and provided a great experience.
Alex was a fantastic guide giving my granddaughter and I all kinds of info on riding and answering all our questions
My 4 years old daughter love the experience on the horse back and feeding them carrots.
We really enjoyed our ride. The guide, Alex , was so friendly the horses were well behaved. The scenery was awesome!
Everyone was very friendly from the moment we got there and it was really fun to see all of the animals while the horses all got saddled up. We all really enjoyed the ride and hope to be able to ride horses again soon! Very calming and relaxing :)
My boyfriend and I had such a great time at Susie Q's Ranch! We spent a day in the Temecula area after planning last-minute, and literally found that Susie had availability for us to take a ride on two horses while we were on the way there, for a very reasonable price. There are three options to choose from-- a 1 hour ride, a 90 min ride, or a 90 min ride/wine sampling combo. We selected the 1 hour ride, but it ended up being just the two of us riding Apache and Hank, while Susie herself took us on a tour riding Little Bit. We took a very pleasant, easy ride which ended up being ~ 1 1/2 hrs in total, and we couldn't get enough of the view, the experience of riding on 2 great horses that were friendly and well-trained, and the good company of our guide during our incidentally private trip. We also loved feeding carrots to the horses while Susie was saddling up Apache and Hank beforehand, and staying to see some of the other horses afterwards. We loved it here, and we can't wait to come back!
We took our twin grand daughters on a trail ride to celebrate their 6th birthday. First time on a horse! Susie & her crew did a wonderful job of making us all feel comfortable and safe. I was very pleased that each of the girls had a guide who controlled their horse. The twins said next time we should bring their mom, dad & big brothers along too :)
Very nice ride, my two daughters were very excited and Susie was incredible. It was a very nice way to start my birthday.
We chose the Susie Ranch primarily because of the location. We were not disappointed. Plus, we were very happy to have Diane as our guide. She was very helpful, and made us feel at ease and welcomed. We look forward to coming back again.
LOVED our guide! The horses were great! We loved the location. Very happy we will be back :)
My boyfriend and I had a great time. I’m a trainer from OC and this place was so cute and well kept. Will deffinently be back!
The ride was great. The guide Diana was very friendly! Would do it again.
We loved our trail ride and cant wait to come back and take another stroll. Diane was a brilliant guide and we loved talking to her. She answered all our quirky questions and we loved her. Buttercup was my boyfriends soulmate (they are both slow and steady when it comes to this thing we call life)...Hank was a sweetheart! We cannot wait to come back and have some more fun. PS: We will be requesting Miss Diane as our guide!
The people were very nice, the ride was scenic and it was just a good time.
Had a great time and enjoyed the horses and Daisy.
This is the second time we have taken our grandchildren on this ride. This time there were four of them from 7 - 13 years old. Our daughter and daughter-in-law also went along with my husband. Everyone had a great time. Thank you.
Susie is very nice and knowledgeable about horses.
Staff was exceptional and worked well with my 3 grandchildren. They gave a brief riding instruction to each individually. The ride started and ended on time. We waited there for the kids to come back and was entertained by the rooster, goats and frisbee playing dog Daisy.
Our guide, Susie, was very friendly. The horses were calm and well-mannered. Scenery was gorgeous.
Susie was caring and wanted to make sure we were comfotable and prepared for the ride. She took good care with kids too.
Susie just made you feel comfortable. She made sure we had water, put cold hankerchiefs on our necks etc. The kids loved it. Susie let them feed the horses and other animals carrots. It was a fun experience that we will be doing again.
My best friend was in town so we scheduled a ride since we both grew up with horses. We had not ridden in over 20 years and my friend was hesitant. Mora and the other staff were so wonderful and patient. The trail was beautiful. I loved out and can't wait to go back.
We had a wonderful time. Owner spent extra time with my 7 yr old granddaughter showing her how to position her feet and how to hold the reins even though she'd be riding on a lead. Made my granddaughter feel special. Horses were all beautiful; clearly well cared for. I can't recommend this ranch highly enough. Rides for all levels of experience. You won't be disappointed.
Very friendly and accommodating.
Awesome horses. Beautiful trail. Loved all the advice and help. Grandson adored the petting area. (And so did Grandma) We will be back ! Oh and Maura was great guide!
Susie was our tour guide, she was lovely and very accommodating, my friend showed up in sandals and she offered her socks and boots so that she could be more comfortable. Over all great experience, we had a wonderful time, thank you Susie for your hospitality!
