Ustimer service was amazing! Place is clean and fun to play in, i would recommend this place anytime.
The room was exciting and challenging, but doable for 2 people. The team worked with us on a booking conflict and pricing and location are great! Looking forward to going back and trying a different room!
It was fantastic! :) we had so much fun!
The staff at Escapism is great, and their introduction as to how an Escape Room works is really helpful for first-timers. We did the Gallery 3919, and it was fun, interesting and had a good amount of space...but we finished it in about 30 minutes. We've certainly done escape rooms in the past, but I felt this was a little too easy for the amount of time given, and there's no opportunity to do additional puzzles/value add after you've completed the room. So, I think it's a great escape room for those new to the concept, but otherwise a little too easy. That said, they had some fun puzzles in there, and did a good job of layering on levels of complexity.
My five friends and I had a great time in the Gallery room. We were able to get out with 1 minute and 15 seconds left to spare. We loved that it was actually a challenge and wasn’t too easy. We did have two random people with us and next time we will be willing to pay a little extra to have a private room. The staff also wasn’t the most friendly which was a little frustrating. If they made it more theatrical and you could tell being mean was part of an act then we would understand but it just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Other than that, we had a great time and we would go back again!
Fun room, we had 6 people and plenty of room and puzzle solving. We've done 10+ rooms and got out of this in 45mins and enjoyed the creativity of the puzzles. My kids are 16 1/2 and 19 so it is a fun activity to do with teens...
Very fun room for me to introduce my first time escape room friends. Thank you for being considerate in our timing.
The experience was fun, humbling, engaging and ultimately stimulating!
We had a great time! Can't wait for our next escape room when the Dungeon opens!
You need to do a bit of maintenance. I could hardly read the numbers or letters on the locks. The laminated playing cards seemed dirty. Bottom line, you need to put some money back into the game rooms.
It was fun entertaining and will come back to do the other rooms.
We all had a great time. The staff was very nice too. Can't wait to go back and try a different room!
This was the first escape room experience for everyone in my group and we absolutely LOVED it! Everyone wants to come back and do the other rooms!

We had a great time with our group! Fun experience and we even finished with time to spare. We would definitely come back.
The room was fantastic and we loved that part of the day! The gentleman working the front desk must have been new because he wasn't very confident, and caused the ticket purchasing process and introduction process to be quite difficult and unclear. The hint given meant a game master came into the room which seemed to disrupt the intensity, would have been nice to just have it via the walkie talkie or TV. The Gallery was incredibly done and set the bar very high for any other escape rooms we'll do in the future!
The staff was amazingly helpful and friendly. We had our son's 11th birthday party here and they made it so much fun for all of the kids. I highly recommend this place!
The key for the final wscsoevwas left out of its hiding place after previous group finished. Rather sloppy management.
This was my second puzzle room experience. The first was "The Attic" with my kids and a couple of their friends. That was a terrific experience, however, I limited my participation so that the kids could really enjoy themselves. Last night I did "Gallery 3919" with friends and we all had a blast. We'll be coming back soon to try "The Dungeon". The staff is very friendly and the facility is top notch. Great fun and highly recommended.
I brought a group of student leaders from USD and we had a great time. It was awesome to be able to use one room and the staff was very helpful and friendly!
