Whale watching - Even though we didn’t get to see a whale, it was an amazing experience. We saw pods of dolphins and they were showing out for us. It was unbelievable. The crew was great, the boat was clean and accommodating with bathrooms and food for purchase. The views of California were stunning.

Stand up company for your whale watching trip! - We had to turn back just after getting out to open water because of a “medical emergency” which, I’ll be honest, seemed to just be folks who didn’t like that sometimes the sea can be bumpy. Such a bummer; we literally had a whale to our right and had to pass it by to take folks back in. The crew and company though worked so hard to make it right. They took those of us who wanted to go back out right back and worked to make sure we saw some beautiful sea life. We got more time with a massive dolphin pod and a grey whale and they invited us all back out another time, on them. Wonderful, kind, knowledgeable crew, and standup company. People, take your anti nausea aids and try not to ruin a beautiful day for an entire boat of folks, yea? It’s the ocean….and it will do what the ocean does.

Best whale watch ever - It was great. We saw a pod of dolphins and a humpback whale surfaced several times. The naturalist quickly identified each and elaborated on the identifying features

Seals waved at us! - Rough water but the captain did a fine job of staying on top of swells. Seals were waving at us as we passed by! Fun time on the water!
