The tour begins at Santa Fe Depot. The first destination is the historic Gaslamp District and Little Italy. Next, the tour crosses the Coronado Bridge for a 1-HOUR STOP in the stunning city of Coronado. The journey continues up the 5 Freeway to La Jolla Cove for a 45-MINUTE STOP to visit the Sea Lions. Mount Soledad offers a 15-MINUTE STOP with breathtaking views of San Diego. A 1-HOUR STOP at the beautiful Balboa Park follows. The tour concludes at Old Town, the birthplace of California, with a 45-MINUTE STOP, before returning to the downtown pick-up location.

An excellent and worthwhile tour - What a great tour. George was awesome and provided good historical information about San Diego, ranging from the beginnings and how it grew to the thriving city it is today, to celebrities and movies from the area. All the stops give you enough time to explore for bit and grab a quick bite if desired. I would definitely recommend this tour, and if here for a few days, do this first so you can return to a favorite place if you want. Bravo George! 👏

The tour was great.... - The tour was great. George picked us up on time and showed us around San Diego. After the tour he even dropped us off in Lil Italy to grab dinner. We really enjoyed the tour. Thanks George!

Great Intro to San Diego - Great introduction to San Diego! It has many stops but as others said, only 45-60 minutes at some stops. We did this on our first day so we could decide what to narrow in to visit. For example, La Jolla was enough for us so did not feel the need to go back. Balboa park we wanted to see some more so went back a few days later. We had just enough time for lunch in Coronado. Guide was knowledgeable with lot of history and had videos as well. The bus holds 14, we had 10 so a small group setting. Again, use it as introductory tour. If want more exploring then do hop on hop off. We are happy we did it.

Excellent Tour - Ten of us booked a private tour with George. He was an excellent guide, introducing us to many of San Diego's highlights. He also worked with us ahead of time to tweak his standard city tour to meet our needs. All in all, a very positive experience.

Go on this the first day in San Diego - The tour was wonderful with great stops and information. I would recommend taking this the first day of your vacation so you can plan longer ti.mes to see it all.

Great way to see a lot of San Diego and have fun doing it without the stress. - The Bus was on TIME ALWAYS. Driver is Super great man. Helps will everything you need. I Loved the tour Seeing all the different spots. GRAZING ON FOOD ! I skipped eating at first stop.Del Coronado Hotel. 2ND WAS LA Jolla Beautiful to see Sea Lions and caves. We ate at Famous Villa Restaurant - Shrimps and unbelievable Chowder WOW ! Next was Mt Soledad incredible met up with Veterans themselves great info and view was fabulous. I loved the Balboa Park quick stop Beautiful park to walk around. Final was Old San Diego chips and salsa Margarita stop. VERY FUN. The End was great because driver made 2 stops first was Little Italy and return. We ate at Fillipis' Italy Wonderful food I also bought at cash and carry away. Final was ice cream at Sweet and straw I believe excellent ice cream. All I can say is parking fee's and time you could never see this much on your own. Perfect quick sighting. WE REALLY LOVED TOUR !! Seeing Sealions a plus !! I loved them all. THANK YOU TO A FABULOUS DRIVER !! WE WENT ON APRIL 28TH, 2025 AS A COUPLE THANK YOU !!

Glance entire san diego tour - It's definitely an extensive tour. But it totally depends on your tour guide to make it intresting. Ours was so monotonous, we got bored. They give audio visuals so thats fun and enough time at each point for you to enjoy completely. All in all not bad. Can be done if u have short time

Too little too short - Not worth the time and money, few spots like museums were interesting but we did not have enough time to explore. Every where it was a touch and go experience.
