Gosh, where do I start!! Eileen, Cynthia, and Arthur were the absolute best. I haven't ridden in 46 years and apprehensive. I was paired with the perfect horse, and was given clear instructions on how to communicate with "Mocha". Prior to the ride, I got to hold a 3 day old goat as well as hand feed the horses - both firsts for me! The trail ride was very easy and the outlook point beautiful. Cynthia and Arthur gave us clear instructions during the ride. On a side note, my flight was cancelled the day before my scheduled ride. I immediately sent Surfside Ranch an e-mail at 11:30pm not expecting a call back until the morning. Received an immediate text from Eileen with her personal number, and I was rescheduled - now that is over and above customer service! I would give Surfside Ranch an A+. Hoping to fly back to San Diego and ride at Surfside again!
