Fun even for a first-timer - Fun experience even for first time kayakers. It was a windy day so there were some big waves, but the guides were helpful, and I never felt unsafe. Beautiful scenery, funny guides, interesting history.

From terrified to exhilarated!! - I had never kayaked before and have always had a healthy fear of the ocean, but our guide, Savannah, calmed my anxiety from the beginning. A second staff person helped us get into our boats and pushed us out far enough, on foot, to get past the large waves. It was an amazing experience. We saw a seal in the water next to our boats and was able to go inside a cave where a baby sea lion was napping. I never felt like I was going to flip over (my biggest fear). Savannah explained how to get back to the shore safely. She was always within hearing distance. I will definitely kayak with this group in the future if I have the opportunity. Thank you for giving me courage in the ocean!!

La Jolla - First Time Kayaking - Process was very straightforward as long as you sign waivers and everything beforehand on your phone. Parking was difficult but that was expected (had to find parking in the neighborhood and almost missed out check in time, but they were pretty lenient) Alex was our guide and he was very knowledgable and experienced and overall fun to work with. As a local, he also provided several recommendations for food and places to visit. You will have a great time if he’s your guide! Was our first time kayaking so it was intimidating, but once you get out further where waters are more calm, it was enjoyable and offered stunning views. Scariest parts are entering the water and the ending where you enter the beach. Whole experience was about 1.5 hrs but it went super quick and didnt notice how tired we were from paddling. Would say the money spent was definitely worth the experience!

Fun and memorable adventure - My husband and I had a wonderful time. Marlo and Amy were excellent guides - fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and very competent. Seeing the caves and the sea lions up close was great. We want to do it again but with snorkeling!

Great small group... - Great small group experience. The guides were knowledgeable & friendly. The sea was too rough to enter the caves, but we weren’t told this until after we were in the water. There are plenty of people to help when you enter & leave the surf if you need help. Very attentive.

Single Kayaker - Good Workout - Saw One Cave for 90 seconds - The two guides Amanda and Luka were great I thought there would be more going INTO caves. We went into one? Not sure if it was because of the waves or not, but Sea Caves Kayak Tour makes it sound like you go inside some caves - maybe not
