Sicilian chef Francesco and sous-chef Adisa invite you to a unique farmers market tour, followed by a cooking class where you’ll create three delightful and spontaneous dishes from scratch using fresh market finds. As you wander through the market, you’ll savor the most incredible seasonal flavors and meet the chef’s favorite local farmers. During the class, you’ll discover everything about the Mediterranean diet, renowned as one of the healthiest in the world, along with authentic Italian and Sicilian cuisine.
