Participants will engage in exercises with various cocoa seeds to familiarize themselves and learn to distinguish them.

Following this, directly from the “distillery,” there will be a tasting of Posh, a distinctive drink from Chiapas, available in over 50 flavors. The process of its creation and its history will be shared. For those daring enough, there will be an opportunity to try the Posh Dragon, the strongest drink offered.
