San Ramón Ranch, one of the region’s oldest operational ranches, covers 62,000 acres (25,000 hectares) extending into the foothills of the Argentine Andes.

• La Fragua de Estancia San Ramon - Follow your guide to a former countryside school, now transformed into the ranch’s dining area. Upon arrival, the ranch staff will greet you with a light breakfast.

You’ll then receive horseback riding instruction from your expert guide, who will lead you on a 2-hour journey into the Andes foothills. This ride is suitable for both beginners and experienced riders.

Ride past a scenic lake and through transitional forests before arriving at the Patagonian steppe. Be on the lookout for native wildlife.

After your ride, return to the ranch to enjoy a 3-course lunch (including a starter, main course, and dessert) featuring Argentine asado. This traditional barbecue feast includes an open bar with wine, soft drinks, and mineral water.
