Best tour of Tronodor the highest peak - This is a very enjoyable tour to the national Park, Tronodor, waterfalls, and glaciers. We got picked up on our hotel in the morning and the two hour drive out to the national site was great we had our guide Barbi who was translating for us as they tour was mostly Spanish speakers. Barbie was in excellent guide and she isn't an exceptional knowledge of the park. We love this tour and we recommend it if you are wanting to see glaciers and not travel so far and if you still if you were going to be in the Bariloche area. I would highly recommend this tour Barbie with an excellent guide and the driver check us up and dropped us off as I said where we arranged and on time. The communication from this group and guide was excellent.

Seeing Nature's Wonders. - Take this tour if you can. Yes the seven lakes is stunning but seeing the disappearing black glacier is quite overwhelming. Barbi our guide was so informative and passionate about the national park. She was able to explain about the geology and the flora and fauna both indigenous and introduced.

Beautiful Views…Amazing Guide - Our guide Jessi was amazing - lively, friendly and funny. This was a Spanish language tour, but she was happy to practice her English with us as our Spanish is limited. Absolutely amazing views! The only bad part is the very bumpy, winding roads, but it was worth it!

Best tour I did in Bariloche. Highly recommend! - I did the Full Day Cerro Tronador: Eternal Snow and Hanging Glaciers with Gray Line Argentina. I booked it through Viator.  It was the best tour I did in Bariloche.  We also had perfect weather for it. A not too cold day in winter with blue skies. Crispy, cosy and so lovely.  The scenery was just breathtaking.  There is a lot of driving but it wasn't too bad and we had stops along the way. Stunning. I was picked up around 09:00 and back at the hotel by 18:30.  The tour was exactly as advertised so you knew what was included and what was not.  Make sure to have ARS cash. Entrance fee to Nahuel Huapi National Park cost ARS 20,000 if you are not a resident of Argentina (August 2025). Bring ID too. For lunch, suggest bringing snacks or a sandwich. The place we stopped at had more hearty meals. They had snacks too.  Coffee was good. Very relaxing tour and easy walk at the base of Cerro Tronador. Guide was very good.  I was the only English speaker but he was bilingual and made sure I was looked after.  I learnt a lot.  The tour was not rushed with adequate time at each stop.  You won't have reception for quite a bit of the journey but who cares!  Enjoy the scenery.  Gray Line Argentina were easy to communicate with via WhatsApp and everything was confirmed to me in advance. Highly recommend.

They should carry money in... - They must carry cash in kind, as they do not accept debit cards to buy tickets to access the Park

They were supposed to... - They were supposed to contact me the day before the tour, which they never did, despite me sending a number of messages over Viator. A random number called me at 8 in the morning on a Saturday telling me they’ll meet me in 5 minutes. I had already made plans with a different provider, which I told them. Shortly after someone from the agency contacted me over Whatsapp saying they’ve been informed the wrong phone number which magically they’ve managed to correct and contact me? Someone obviously messed up ok their end, which then turned into your classic Argentinian “let me tell you a fairytale” story where everyone else but they are to blame. Total waste of money and time. Obviously no refund. STAY AWAY!
