Recommended! - Excellent attention and condition of the bikes. The tour of Circuit Chico is beautiful. Keep in mind that it is demanding, it has many steep slopes. But it's really worth it. It can also be combined with 1hs of kayaking in lake moreno.

Excellent service - We rented bikes to do the chico circuit, the service was excellent, explained everything gave tips. The equipment very well preserved and new. There are bikes options at different prices. I had a problem and I couldn't finish the circuit, I stopped at the truck breeder and called the store, they sent a doblô to pick up the bicycle. I paid the equivalent of R$55.00 for the relief. It was very quick and cordial, they asked if I had been hurt, if I needed medical attention. It was all very good.

Excellent - A great idea to tour the circuit boy! The bikes are in very good condition and the service was more than excellent! They gave us tips about using the bike and recommended different paths to go. Noteworthy is the attention of Jesus!

Excellent but strenuous - Very friendly staff. Small circuit inside the premises to test the bikes. Equipment in excellent condition. The only thing I have to clarify and nothing to do with the establishment is that the circuit is not simple. It has a length of about 27 kilometers with many steep slopes that we must have walked up carrying the bike next to us because they were exhausting. The experience is beautiful but extremely strenuous. You can call from any point of the circuit and ask for a “ransom” for ARS $550 which consists of picking up with a van both bikes and transferring back to the premises.

Great day out. - Bike rental very easy to find.
Get off the bus 20 at km 18 and they are across the road.
Prices, like the inflation have gone up considerably since the last prices on these reviews. Bikes now 699 pesos for the basic bikes for the day.
The guys in the shop were nice enough, I wouldn’t say really friendly like other people have said? There were a couple next to us who asked if they could also do the kayaking. The guys said no and when they asked why they said it was too cold and windy??? It was a glorious hot sunny day with no wind whatsoever so I thought that was really odd and poor service on their behalf. Luckily we were not interested in kayaking.
Overall the bikes worked ok (really struggled in some gears and the brakes were very squeaky). However we didn’t care too much as we had a great day in the sun with beautiful views!

Disappointing - We went addressed to this activity agency from the turist office in town. At first the welcoming was not one of the best, we walked in for some questions and even before we could talk an employee said we should first listen the explanation about the circuit and sign a paper.
Anyways we decided just to do the bike round, point is there are no more regular bikes available and so we have to take the “deluxe” with an overprice, we had to pay more even if it was not our problem. After the set up of the bike they explain you how to use brakes and change gears, when I said that I know how to drive a bike got a bad look, anyways this part is just funny.
I have to say the bike was in a really poor condition, the bump absorber didn’t worked, the chain fell off more times and the gear change was not performing well as the saddle was really unconfortable. Not even the same model of the pictures. Dont wanna know what a basic bike is if that was deluxe.
The round is nothing spectacular, you are 90% always on a street with always trees on the side, the only vue is at the mirador points, but are all pretty much the same. The nature is beautiful and felt at home in switzerland but well. Nice spots on the track for drinks and good food.
The story ends on a good point with the staff friendly about the notifications of the problems and even called us a taxi.
Anyways if we knew we probably didn’t spent our money in it.

Horrendous experience with this rental company - I initially booked two standard bikes by email, they got the order wrong and “only had deluxe bikes left”. We had to pay more as we apparently could not get the seasonal promotion if we paid by card also. Therefore all the prices on their website are their “promotion prices”, different in-store.
After paying extra, we were given a number to call if anything were to happen on the journey. At Bahia Lopez, halfway into our trip, my partners chain broke. I called the number they supplied three times along with the other number that is on their website. They didn’t answer. I then emailed the site asking if they could contact us immediately, explaining the situation. To no response, I sent another email with my WhatsApp. After I again did not hear back I tried the phone number while we were walking pushing the bikes. Somebody answered and hung up the phone after one minute.
We walked for nearly 9km and after 1 hour and 30 minutes pushing the bikes arrived at Lliao Lliao hotel. When I called the number they then answered the phone. I asked for them to collect us at Lliao Lliao and the man told me to “stay visible and wait outside”. We waited for 30 minutes and there was still no sign of them. I phoned them again and was told “ma’am we thought you were making your own way back”. They had not sent anybody to collect us.
After waiting another 20 minutes, they finally collected us. They denied getting any calls and did not apologize for how our situation was handled. I had to show my call log in order to prove that I had even called them while they continued to deny it.
I asked for the name of their manager and they refused to tell me, as well as their own names. I was told, “You come to South America where we speak Spanish, if you don’t speak Spanish, what do you expect?”
As a company that deals primarily with tourists, I would have expected a lot more in terms of service. The bikes are also clearly not in great condition as many of these reviews also state them breaking down on the trip. I’ve never been treated so rudely nor have I ever been denied the name of an employee nor manager after asking.
Due to the high cost for a low-quality bike rental, I presumed the reason for paying the high price was so that if a situation like this would occur, there would have been someone there to help. That was not the case. We were treated very poorly.
