As night descends, the jungle comes alive, offering a chance to witness the remarkable flora and nocturnal fauna of La Fortuna.
Among the wildlife typically encountered are intriguing amphibians and reptiles such as crystal frogs, tree frogs, rain frogs, wet forest toads, and the impressive cane toad. Additionally, snakes like the coral, muzzle, stone hand, and the well-known velvet can be seen. Mammals such as coatis, armadillos, possums, howler monkeys, white-faced monkeys, and squirrel monkeys may also be observed.

Guided by an expert naturalist, participants will explore the trails of Mirador El Silencio.
During the tour, there will be opportunities to spot frogs such as the hourglass, Blue Jeans, and the iconic red-eyed frog. Exotic insects, reptiles, and snakes may also be observed. With some luck, mammals like sloths, possums, or anteaters might be encountered.
