Fantastic views great pools - Paradise Hot Springs is beautifully designed. There is a separate reception for the thermal springs right next to the hotel. The Service was very helpful and friendly, there was an English briefing and a fruity welcome drink. For a deposit (20$, 10mil. Colores or ID) you get large towels, which you can easily exchange for dry ones when they are wet. The changing rooms are spacious the lockers with personalized code and the showers and toilets clean. The restaurant has a wide range of food (some food included in the menu) and the two bars are always busy. Whether the poolside bar or the Baar with a view on the 1. Floor. There is a fantastic view from the upper basin of a pasture and unobstructed of the Arenal volcano. The pools, whirlpools, etc. are clean and nicely worked into the complex. The opening hours are generous - until 9 pm. There is information board explaining the phenomenon and rules for bathing in the most varied temperatures. When it gets dark everything is lit up with fairy lights. The price-performance ratio fits well!

SO RELAXING! - We went to the Springs after a long day of hiking and it was so relaxing and beautiful! We so Enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it!

Not to be missed. - It is a beautiful experience.l water is heated by geothermal.you went from pool to pool.we went there around 4pm.little people.coated we dined at the restaurant.good cuisine.regales with grilled fish.very friendly staff

The best hot springs in La Fortuna - The best hot springs in La Fortuna! I enjoyed the massage, the food was great, and the service was amazing!! People often talk about Baldi but I loved this place more!

Relaxing afternoon - Great variety of hot springs! Nice swim-up bar with seats, had a shower, and lockers to store your stuff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Relaxing day after your latest adventure, be it shopping or hiking!

Don't come too early! - We arrived at 11:00am and half of the pools were nearly empty of water, we found the top area where it looked like they fill from and water was scalding hot. It took a couple of hours to get all pools to a level that we could soak in apart from that it was lovely. It was very quiet until around 5.pm when more people seemed to arrive for an evening. Bat food and drinks were very good as was the coffee whi h comes with a great view of the volcano. Locker area needs a little updating but we had a great day relaxing.

Not the best place due to shady business practices. - Six of my friends were scheduled to go to La Fortuna (gorgeous area and we loved everything else about it) and go to the spa on February 20th; all paid months in advance. Two of my friends could not make it due to health concerns and never stepped foot in Costa Rica. I requested a refund for their costs on February 5th. (15 days before we went). Two additional friends decided not to stay since the spa was not completely open the night we were there. They were told by the office staff that they would get a refund as well. We waited nearly two months to get ANY refund and when we were refunded, they would ONLY give us two refunds back. NOt the four we were told we would get. I have tried talking ot them and they refuse to give us the other two already paid for refunds. I would not refer anyone to this place. It is a nice place, but no where near what I have experienced at other hot mineral resorts and they certainly WON'T work with you if something comes up and you cannot make it. DO NOT PAY AHEAD, PERIOD!

Very Poor - I would skip this if I were you. The Springs are just hot water swimming pools. The service for dinner was very poor. Waited 30 mins for the soup to arrive after ordering. The wine came after 40 mins and that was after chasing. I then chased after 50 mins for the main course which arrived after 55 mins in total. I Immediately asked for the bill which never came and needed to go to the bar to pay as we were being picked up. A very very poor experience.

Not paradise - Description does not match facility. Basically 2 heated pools. Wait staff for restaurant we’re not friendly and 2 of 6 dinners were served cold.
