Absolutely amazing!! - Jose was warm and knowledgeable, and showed us all a great time—my wife and small dog also loved the experience! It was a fun workout and also deeply serene too. This is a must-do for Lake Arenal and a great way to see the volcano from a unique vantage point.

Fantastic - highly recommend - Really fantastic morning stand-up paddleboarding on part of Lake Arenal. Fantastic views, very relaxing, personal (not commercialised like so much else in the area) and, above all, José was great company. I'd highly recommend it.

Unforgettably beautiful experience with great surprises - The SUP tour with Jose was perfect all round. Jose is super nice and knows his way around. He had everything we needed for an unforgettable SUP tour. As a highlight he even surprised us with a coconut and fresh fruit and filmed us with his GoPro. We ended up with great pictures and a video. That was a one-off. We can recommend the tour and Jose 100%.

Magical paddleboard! - José is the most generous, warm-hearted, and knowledgeable guide you can imagine! My husband and I have been out on a few different paddleboard tours, the most recent one with one of our friends.
This tour included a volcano view and peaceful paddling through the jungle. The birdsong and views are tranquil, while the paddle across the water was just the right amount of challenge. I felt invigorated and simultaneously relaxed afterwards, and that’s from a combination of the magical environment and José’s presence and care. You don’t need previous paddling experience-José can steer you toward the right tour depending on your preference and ability. Just do it-you’ll have an incredible time! Thank you, José! Pura Vida!

Fantastic Experience! - Absolutely fantastic experience! The half-day paddleboarding safari was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation. Our guide was incredibly personable, making the trip even more enjoyable. They also took amazing photos and videos, so we could fully enjoy the moment without worrying about capturing it ourselves. The scenery was breathtaking, and the whole experience felt seamless from start to finish. Highly recommend—10/10!

Absolutely perfect day paddle boarding with Jose! - Originally I signed up for a solo trip to paddleboard on Lake Arenal. At the last minute, Jose was able to accommodate my friend who wanted to kayak with us. We had a wonderful personable tour. Jose is an amazing guide and took amazing pictures and a beautiful video for us to have as keepsake. I would highly recommend him to a friend, or to anybody who wants to explore the lake safely.

Fantastic volcano views from the lake - This was a great outdoor adventure in Lake Arenal area. José was responsive and flexible to our schedules. We had amazing views of the volcano while exploring hidden coves along the shoreline. I’d recommend this tour to anyone. Gracias Jose!

MUST DO in the area of La Fortuna!!! - This experience is an absolute recommendation and from our point of view a must-do if you are in La Fortuna. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet on the water and Jose was a really great guide. The best tour we have done in Costa Rica so far!
