Great day!! - The whole package was very fun and well structured. The guides were fun and social. They took safety seriously and were very helpful, they also told us a lot about the environment and the animals that we saw. The experience me and my friends had was incredible, a lot of adrenaline and laughter during the day. The transport was smooth and the food included was really good. You got both starter, main course and a small cake with coffee. All in all, this activity offered many fun memories and a chance to explore la Fortuna.

Best rafting and zip lining experience! - We had the best time zip lining and rafting with Jacamar Naturalist tours. Our guides were kind, fun, knowledgeable and didn’t rush you from one activity to the next. Our rafting day was amazing- our guide Andre did a great job taking us down the rapids. You can tell he genuinely enjoys what he does and loves to share in the excitement. We went to lunch in La Fortuna at their restaurant, and it was so quaint, and peaceful. We sat facing lush greenery and birds were flying around the whole time. Plus the food was excellent! I finished my entire plate. Would definitely recommend this activity, and if we ever go back we’ll be booking with Jacamar Naturalist tours again for sure!

Extremely fun activity! - This tour was extremely fun! There were about 8 cables of zip lining. We were given a run through on how we should Zipline and maintain safe. In between the ziplines we did the Tarzan swing (optional if you want to do it or not) and it was so fun! We saw monkeys in between the trees and Ronny and Carlitos were amazing! After the Zipline we went rafting with James and Luis. We did a quick run through on the commands to properly use the oars. There was a small area to also jump into the water which felt very refreshing. We got amazing pictures on the water and would do it again.

Amazing day - Great food, guides, and experience! Bring dry clothes for after rafting. The lunch they provide is amazing!

Best time in La Fortuna - This was one of the best days I have ever lived. This package is the BEST!!! The zip line tour was excellent! The staff were all amazing. The white water rafting was an experience I will never forget. The staff were the best and the rafting part couldn’t be any better!!! This was money well spent!!

Great experience - Very professionally run throughout. Guides were very informative and made the event a very memorable day.

So much fub - Such a great time with friends! We had a blast while rafting and saw so many sloths. The end was so peaceful as well.

Awesome Adrenaline Rush - This was a an incredible day - a highlight of our family trip! The zip line attendants were very helpful and made me feel very secure! The white water rapids were very strong and our guide, James, did everything possible to keep me safe. My 20- something adult children absolutely loved the class 3 rapids. Jacamar tours are extremely well run and thanks for an awesome experience!

Amazing and highly recommended! - Loved our trip . We started with the zip lines which were amazing with great views . After the zip line we got fruits and water bottle . After that , James , our guide took us for a one hour ride to water rafting . It was amazing and my 8 years old who did it first time loved it too . It was just our family of five in the boat and our guide James who was very professional and knowledgable and we felt very safe . After the tour we got local lunch which was tasty . We had transportation included from and to hotel . We also purchased photos from each activity to cherish the memories.

A must if you visit La Fortuna! - I was a little worried about the safety of ziplining and white water rafting, but so glad we did it! Absolutely loved Jacamar and it’s team. Everything we did through them was executed perfectly. It’s obvious that they place high emphasis on safety, professionalism, and customer service. You can tell that they have high quality standards for their team members. Their communication before, during, and even after the tour was always prompt and professional. We were able to communicate with them easily during our stay in LaFortuna using WhatsApp. We did 2 excursions with them including the Adrenaline Tour (ziplining + white water rafting class 2/3) and Top 4 Attractions Tour. The ziplining team at Arenal Canopy was so friendly and extremely professional. It was evident that they were serious about making it a safe and great experience for its guests. The Tarzan swing was terrifying but glad I did it! Our Jacamar tour guide for the white-water rafting component was Diego who was INCREDIBLE! Great communication all along the way and great rafting safety orientation! Diego taught us a lot about Costa Rica during the 1-hour bus ride to the white-water rafting location and all throughout our rafting experience. We had a group of about 16 people so when we got to the river, we broke up into 4 boats with 1 guide/boat. Diego was also our rafting guide. He was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING- LOVED HIM! Felt 110% safe with him. Perfect combination of exciting rapids, relaxing tranquil waters, and learning about the wildlife that surrounded us. We got to get out of the boat 3 times to swim in the water, jump off a small cliff (optional) and stopped halfway to enjoy refreshing fresh fruit. At the end of the trip we enjoyed a delicious fresh Costa Rican lunch. All of the guides were the NICEST guys ever! Loved every moment of this excursion. Thank you Jacamar & Diego!
