Had so much fun and hope to do this again soon, we managed to capture a few things during the tour which made it a lot more interesting. Definitely would recommend it to others.

I have been on other tours and this was by far the best one I've experienced- it wasn't cheesy, it was extremely informative and it didn't feel rushed. Karen was so incredibly enthusiastic and knowledgable and clearly passionate about subject. My 10 year old and I got a large dose of history along with a few spooky moments. Excellent tour!

Our party was of 6 and varying ages. The oldest and youngest struggled to stay entertained. Many of our previous ghost story experiences had different locations and 2-3 stories about each location. During this tour, the first 30 min we sat and just listened without real visuals. The rest of the tour we went to a few locations but there were so many stories and instances..not specific and not really memorable. We did enjoy it but not the best experience ever.

The location to meet tour guide is not at all accurate. Picture of location does not at all match where to meet. We spent 20 minutes looking for our guide and then he was like I was here waiting, no sign, NOT a clue as to who or what we were looking for looking for.

The tour was supposed to end at 9:15 but ran over by 45 mins. It was a lot of standing & not much walking. We only covered 1 block.

Although the tour guide was very nice. It was SO difficult to hear him. He spoke about how tired he was and spoke while squatting in the ground which made it even harder to hear him. He had a speaker but it was so windy-it was hard to hear and stay engaged. I’ve been to many ghosts tours but this one just didn’t spook me one bit. Thank you for listening.

The first 30 minutes was fine. The last hour was the tour guide saying “a friend of a friend of a friend saw something one time” over and over and over.

Mr. Howard does his best, but the tour is really quite boring, Very monotonous and lacking in creativity. I appreciate the speaker's effort, but just talking and talking isn't very entertaining.
