Great. Wonderful - I can’t say enough how much e enjoyed the trolly service drivers were the best. All the employees were great. It is perfect for first time vistors or if you have been to San antiona. Before. All stops are located near all the major sites so no need for Ubers.

San Antonio TX Trolley - We were in San Antonio TX for 2 days so we wanted to get the most out of our short time in the city. We decided to go on the Trolley, Garrett was our driver and narrator. He did a fantastic job pointing out the landmarks and sharing the history. We did the complete tour then went back and hopped on and off at the points that were of interest to us. Great Job Garrett!

We enjoyed an informative and entertaining tour with Kaitlyn. She was full of history and facts about the area. - We enjoyed Kaitlyn’s tour of the city. She gave us an informative history lesson. I would definitely recommend this tour.

Park and let someone else do the driving! - Good way to view many San Antonio sights without the hassle of parking or navigating yourself with the added benefit of very knowledgeable drivers providing more local and historical information concerning other places that the trolley passes. Just be very aware of the time when you hop off so you can figure the time you need to be at the stop to hop back on another bus. Also, several of the locations/stops around the Alamo can be visited at one hop off. Just need to find another hop on spot. San Antonio does NOT allow them to put up signs for their stops. Info is available on the website.

No car....no.problem! - This is a wonderful way to learn about the area and travel around the city... especially if you do not have a car available. We enjoyed most of the tour guides, some better than others. We got off at the Japanese Tea Garden and loved it. We do wish we would have been informed before purchase of tickets of stops that could not be gotten to due to road construction (Tower of Americas) as it was too far for us to walk to from other stops and was one thing we had hoped to see. We also wish the operator had told us about great eateries and breweries near stops when we were there, rather than point them out after starting to drive again when it was too late to get out. It was great that they had a promotion of buy one day get second one free! We got to see and know alot more of the area than we would have if we were driving and navigating around the city. And.....no.parking anxieties!

Not the best - We've done the hop on/hop off tour in Boston, St Augustine so of course we made it a must here in San Antonio. The guy at the ticket counter was great! Very informative, chatty and really wanted to make sure we got the best experience. However, our trolly tour guide Albert was very hard to hear. We even asked for him to turn up his mic or use his "outdoor" voice and still could not hear him. To make matters worse, we had a crying baby in the back of the bus. Needless to say, we got off disappointed that we couldn't hear any of the narrative and changing seats wasnt an option as the bus was pretty full. (Remind you, we were sitting in the middle.) Felt like we wasted $$ on a boring bus ride around the city w/ no narrative.

Where are the stops? - Stops are not marked at all. Wasted 2 hours looking for the stop. Called customer service who was clueless. Sent a message through the app. When we got home there was an email response. Not happy. Once on the Trolly everything was great. Garret our driver very helpful & knowledgeable. We like doing the Hop on our first day in any new city
