After taking in the breathtaking scenery and capturing photos, the group will continue the hike down to Bebedero. Here, they will have the opportunity to sample chicha, a traditional local beverage enjoyed for centuries. This drink will also set the stage for one of the most exciting local customs: Costa Rican masks and masquerade. Participants will visit the home of a renowned local artisan, where three generations have crafted some of the country’s most exquisite masks for festivals and special occasions. A delicious lunch will be enjoyed here as well.
