Pontoon tour - Excellent service the staff layout on board is great

Excellent experience on private tour - We went on an English speaking private boat tour with Captain Josef and his first mate Jesus and had an amazing time. Both gentlemen were helpful and kind. We were a group of 10 that included various age groups from 3 to a couple in their 80s. We initially coordinated the trip details over Whatsapp with Mr John Freddy Rico. He spoke english well but did not go.on the trip with us which was a surprise. Our captain didn't speak much English but we were able to make it work with our limited Spanish. The cooler was stocked with beer and ice. The water was clear and blue even at the marina. We experiences some strong currents but nothing too rough. We visited the acuario where we saw some amazing fish up close with a snorkel mask. We even saw a shark underwater about 30 feet away. Wonderful experience. The plastic bridge connecting islands was fun as it was constantly swaying which had the potential for us to potentially fall in the water. No one did. We also enjoyed the palito sand bar where we relaxed on a lily pad foam mat for few hours sipping on drinks. We enjoyed the flexibility of the private tour where we stayed longer at acuario and palito as we requested to skip the mangrove and wata wata. We had on amazing time and would book with Josef again. Tip: grab waters, cups and coconut rum before going on the boat. Super Jacky has this Waikiki coconut rum that was a hit for 40k pesos

Great experience to have... - Great experience to have your own private boat with the ability to customize your itinerary and how much time you want to spend at each activity. The captain and his mate were patient, helpful and were great. Would recommend this to any group or family

Wonderful day in San Andreas! - John went out of his way, quite literally on a bike ride, to create a little video of where we would meet him as our ship was docking in a different area than originally thought. We were so nervous because the cruise ship told us taxis were hard to get. He ended up coming to meet us which was a forty min round trip for him. He was so kind and helpful. We loved the boat - super comfy. I had two nurse sharks swim right by me. Lots of cool fish to see. Bring water shoes as they dont allow fins. Much better if you bring your own mask and snorkel although you can rent. Highly recommend you use John’s tour!

Great boat day - Super fun day on boat. We went with our kids and enjoyed. Captain was nice and spoke English pretty well. Its important to remember to bring your own towels, water and snorkel gear.

Excellent! - Excellent service. Juan Camilo and Junior, the boatmen, absolutely friendly and collaborators. They made the experience a very very good one. We were with two children and an 85-year-old lady and it was a great walk, we had no inconvenience and we all passed very happy. The sailing of them very responsible and they took us where we wanted because we do not like the crowds of people. John was also very friendly and helped us a lot in booking. A great plan that makes it worthwhile to come back to SAI
