Abuse in collection - What makes up the package was fine, but I find EXCESSIVE THE ABUSE WHEN CHARGING. I purchased the plan from Germany for 25 Euros to change to pesos col is 110,000 Approx + 40 thousand taxes when the tour is normally 90 thousand pesos per person with taxes included. TOTAL ABUSE AND NO EXPLANATION

Without words - I don’t know what I could tell you except to look at the photos... never had a bath where the fish literally “stroked” them. A unique experience

Horrible, scam. - I don’t know if there is the tour operator, at the dock they said they always have a problem, I called them, I sent whats app and nothing, nobody knows them, so all they know is that tourists always come asking and they have no answers and they have to buy the tour elsewhere (I had to do it too) do not buy it is scam

Fraud - Mala, the night before we wrote to confirm and no one answered for instructions. The next day we tried to find out and no one knew about the agency, we were told that many people had the same thing. Nobody answers and nobody knows about the agency. We'd like the silver back.

We were not answered and could not make the trip with Tripadvisor. We had to pay for another field trip with another company. - Very bad, we arrived at the pier tried to search for the excursion company and found no one. We called for 40 minutes and wrote but no one answered
We had to buy another ticket with another company that facilitated everything.
I wrote to Tripadvisor's contact and no one pleased us. Call and no one answered us
Please I would like to receive the money we pay for Jony cey's excursion. Mangroves, and Aquarium.

Do not recommend! We pay to be fooled - Travel cancelled on site. They did not return the money nor justify .. they just sent us to talk to Viator ... Viator has not answered until now !!!!!!
