Booking Conditions:

1. Reservation Details: The vehicle will only be handed over to the person registered on the platform. Booking details must match identification, phone number, and lodging information. A valid and active WhatsApp number is required for receiving messages. Delivery instructions and necessary communications will be sent through this channel.

2. Vehicle Delivery: Please note that home delivery is not included. The buggy must be picked up and returned directly to our parking lot. Pick-up is available from 8:00 a.m., and the service ends at 6:00 p.m.

3. Delivery Time: Vehicles are delivered between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. No deliveries are made after 12:00 p.m. Returns are accepted from 4:00 p.m.

4. Deposit: A security deposit is required for scheduling and fuel at the time of delivery.

5. Fuel Level: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was delivered.

6. Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license must be presented. Without it, delivery will not occur, and no refund will be provided.

7. Alcohol and Drugs: Driving under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances is strictly prohibited. Non-compliance will result in immediate vehicle retention without a refund.

8. Vehicle Use: Driving on sand is not allowed. Sitting on the bonnet, roof, or traveling in the cargo area is prohibited.

9. Delivery to the Owner: Only the reservation holder can receive the vehicle and must present a physical identity card (not digital). Otherwise, delivery will not occur, and no refund will be provided.

10. Number of Passengers: The vehicle’s capacity (2 to 6 people, depending on the vehicle) must not be exceeded. Non-compliance will result in retention without a refund.

11. Reservation Duration: The rental period is for 8 hours, starting and ending at the times specified on the platform. If you wish to return it later, please contact us for a quote on additional hours and services.

12. Damage Liability: The customer is responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period.
