As the sun began to rise over Tashkent, I found myself filled with anticipation for the day ahead. The allure of Samarkand, a city steeped in history and culture, had long captivated my imagination. The day began with a seamless transfer from my hotel to the Tashkent train station, where I boarded the high-speed Afrosiyob train.
