Best cultural tour in Samarkand - Olimjon was a first class guide. He speaks perfect English and planned the tour to perfection. It was well paced even though we visited many of the cultural sights in Samarkand. Olimjon has a wealth of knowledge about the history of Samarkand and quirky legends of the city too. He took the best pictures for us too and knows the best spots to take them. Highly recommended, 100%! Rakhmat, Olimjon!

An Unforgettable Experience in Samarkand with Olimjon - If you are planning a trip to Samarkand, I cannot recommend Olimjon highly enough as a tour guide.
From the moment we started our tour, it was clear that Olimjon is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about the history and culture of his city. He walked us through the breathtaking sights of the Registan, Bibi-Khanym Mosque, and Shah-i-Zinda, and many others providing fascinating historical context.
What truly set him apart was his patience and expertise. No matter how many questions we threw at him—ranging from complex architectural details to local traditions—he was always ready and happy to answer with great clarity.
Olimjon is a true professional, do not hesitate to book him!

Best guide in Samarkand! - Olimjon is an amazing guide, knowledgeable, fun, friendly and respectful. He will show you Samarkand with great passion. And having a guide just to yourself without the big group format is a luxury and well worth its price. His driver is also very professional. I had an amazing time in Samarkand! Thank you again, Olimjon! All you need is plov!

Great personalized overview of Samarkand’s key sites - Was met by my guide/driver at my hotel on time. We proceeded to visit the exquisite sites in central Samarkand late morning. Finished a bit early as I wasn’t interested in seeing the museum in detail. Good thing, as it soon started to rain. Was thrilled that I was able to visit the amazing sites without getting wet! Great guide, excellent itinerary. Highly recommended.

One Day in Samarkand - This tour lets you visit the must-see sites in Samarkand in just a day. Farzin was my tour guide and driver throughout the day, arranging tickets and providing detailed explanations at each site. We managed to visit all the sites even though we had limited time. Since the sites are not all nearby, it is important to have a guide and a transport arranged, which made this tour perfect. I was lucky to visit at the beginning of the season where the sites were not as busy. I hope to be able to spend more time in Samarkand next time, as it is full of history. I do recommend this tour when in Samarkand.
