Such A Fun Tour - David, our guide, was funny, informative, and entertaining. We had a great time seeing the filming locations and singing songs from the movie. It was a wonderful experience.

Spectacular! - Jose was the best tour guide we have ever experienced! He was fun, knowledgeable and made us sing 🤣 Bus driver was awesome (and funny) slowing down for the specials pics!!
Today it snowed which made it all the more spectacular, scenery was simply unbelievable. We are in awe.

Thanks Captain Jose for an awesome day and an experience we will never forget!

We would do it again! - We thought we knew a bit about the story but David was much more knowledgeable. Went to spots that were in line with the film and the views were stunning. Did not expect to have such a wonderful time.

Amazing! - This tour is a must do! Sam the driver/bartender was safe and friendly. David the guide was funny and knowledgeable. The singing and movie facts made the tour fun and very entertaining. Add the meal, very yummy and great service.

Great tour- see where the Sound of Music was filmed as well as beautiful Austrian countryside! - Fun tour- sing along to the music and see where the movie was filmed as well as the beautiful Lake District. Our tour guide, Jose, was entertaining and informative. Highly recommend this tour!!

Sound of Music tour: Excellent guide, well-designed tour, all according to clockwork. - We had an excellent Sound of Music tour in Salzburg (the four-hour version). Our English-born guide, David, was extremely knowledgeable and very funny, and kept us well engaged the whole time. Our bus driver, Nemo, steered us expertly along large and small roads all over the countryside outside Salzburg. There was an appropriate amount of reasonably on-tune singing, and lots of enthusiasm for the history and sights of this legendary film. My husband had been very dubious about joining me on this tour, but he actually enjoyed it. I was probably one of the least knowledgeable visitors on the tour - and I've probably seen the movie 20 times.

Worthwhile fun activity in Salz - The bus was comfortable. The driver and tour guide were cheerful and friendly. The volume on the speakers during the music on the bus was just a tad too loud but the tour was fun. The stop in Mondsee to see the church from the film was worth it alone. We chose the option for lunch afterwards. It would have been helpful to know that the lunch was across town with a voucher to a restaurant on Getteidegasse as opposed to a group lunch as a continued part of the tour. The restaurant was very good and worth it, however. The tour would have been 5 stars if there had been a stop at the Monastery, sadly that was not included.
