EXCELLENT - Yesterday, April 6, we took a tour of the city of Salta and surrounding areas along with San Bernardo Hill. The excursion was very good. The driver also acted as a guide. Excellent, very friendly and takes us into the customs of Salta

Walking tour c Jorge - We did the walking your with Jorge, who despite being retired continues doing this tour to show the passion he feels for his beloved Salta and the great knowledge of history he has. A total genius. Thank you Nordic for having him on your staff as I think he is an excellent ambassador for Salta and all its beauty. SOS crack Jorge!

Jump... the pretty one. - There's no doubt that Salta is the cutie. Cute whichever way you look at her and full of history. Visit the Cathedral in front of Plaza 9 de Julio, the Cabildo, the San Francisco, the MAM (Museum of High Mountain), Museum Casa de Guemes, Convent San Bernardo

Jump, beauty to nature - Salta is beautiful!! what is the historic center, it is beautiful. But... you leave what is the obligatory tour (cabildo, museums, churches, etc.) and leave much to be desired. This goes for those of Bs As, the main avenue, when you get a little away, it seems Eleven, full of street stalls of fruits and vegetables, mess of collectives, people, cars, etc... However. It's to go and meet. Recommended.

Bad experience with NORDIC TRAVEL - NORDIC TRAVEL Nns Agency canceled the afternoon before the departure of 9hs the excursion of the city tour and surroundings because they did not have enough passengers. They offered to come and get us at 17:30, being an excursion of more than 4 hours with panoramic views and at 19hs it was night. We got angry and went to the agency. They intended me to go to Take Off to ask for the refund paid 4 months earlier. Faced with our resistance at last they put us on a trip the next day and having warned that we should leave Salta at 15hs they came looking for us at 10.30hs. Everything was very fast and we arrived just for the trip very nervous. NON-COMPLIANT.

Let down by Nordic Travel - I booked this tour in January for a morning tour with English guide, for our visit to Salta in March. The company quickly contacted me to arrange an alternative pick up point as our hotel was not on their designated pick up list. They suggested outside the station would be nearer for us but never confirmed they would pick us up there. ( I later found out this was actually further away from our hotel than their office which would have been their default option) The day before the trip they asked us to contact the office to confirm our pick up and places on the trip. When we phoned they said there was not a trip in the morning with an English speaking guide ( only in the afternoon..)but they would try to get one. They then let us know by what’s app the only one available was in the afternoon ( but we were flying onwards then so no good for us) and they didn’t know it was mandatory for us to have a trip in the morning!!!! Yet it was advertised as that on trip advisor!!! So I rang them again and asked for a refund but the agent said I would have to claim that through TA and on this occasion he thought it was acceptable. I waited to contact Viator by phone when I was back in the Uk because the automated form online does not give you the opportunity to explain the circumstances for your request for a refund. Viator were very helpful but even then they had to contact Nordic Travel for acknowledgement of the incorrect advertising of a trip that was not actually available as booked. 24 hours later I received an email to confirm my full refund. I will avoid using Nordic Travel in the future.
