The second phase involves the practice itself, incorporating a combination of walking and seated meditation techniques. These practices, set against the stunning backdrop of the Little Dell wilderness, aim to provide participants with a profound sense of tranquility and connection.
In the final phase of this experience, participants will have the chance to reflect on the practice and discuss various ways to integrate the techniques learned into their daily routines.
