Comfortable and informative tour of SLC for families - I was surprised how comfortable I felt on what turned out to be a very pristinely cleaned and new bus. My kids loved the double-decker upper seating and the experience was a five out of five! Snacks and treats galore. Great narration with history I did not know about nor would I know where to look for it. I was pretty excited that along the way many of the restaurants offered discounts, some up to 50% for showing my ticket. The grand America hotel was a new discovery for all of us as well. I had no idea they have a little holiday walking tour there with a beautiful courtyard. Overall the road was about an hour and a half and we had two stops where we could go in and enjoy chocolate samples for free with a famous chocolate shop. It was very comfortable to have kids on board with all their energy and everything. The environment was very laid-back but also engaging with a steady narration along the entire ride.

Beautiful night views of Salt Lake City! - The tour guide gave a complete and informative overview of the sites of Salt Lake City. The views from The pioneer center at night are amazing, we were able to get off the bus and take some pictures of the city! I would recommend it to anyone visiting Salt Lake City.

Educational - Go before dark to see better. City was lit up and beautiful but could not see some things very clear. Also slow tour down a little.

First time in Salt Lake, the bus tour was my favorite part! - The bus tour was amazing! The open top let me see the city entirely which was beautiful! The bus had heaters by the feet so you were at a comfortable temperature during the fall days. The price was absolutely reasonable for the hour or more of the tour! The driver was so very informative while keeping it interesting and engaging. By the end of the tour, i was ready to move to Salt Lake! 10/10 would tell anyone wanting to see the city to go on this tour. Its a stunning, low pressure way to take in the city and a wonderful way to get recommendations on where else to go!

Great 90-minute tour! - Great overview of Salt Lake City. Mormon history was part of the tour but not the entire tour, which I appreciated. We did the evening tour, which was not hop-on-hop-off and it was great! Sound system was clear and seats were comfy. I would suggest getting a seat on the right-hand side of the bus, bc a few more sites seemed to be on that side.

Touring Utah in comfort - If you are looking for a tour that is informative, relative and entertaining this is the tour for you. The bus ride was extremely comfortable and upon arrival you were offered complimentary cold water and with 95 degree weather this was a treat! The tour offered a variety of sites to see with an abundance of information.

Cancelled by tour operator - Tour operator cancelled the tour 1.5 hours before the excursion. I travel extensively and have never had this occur. Very unfortunate as I was looking forward to touring the city. Had I known with earlier notice, I would have booked something else or changed my travel plans.
