Great Value, sights and experience - Excellent value. A great way to see the Amalfi Coast from the water. Lots of fun meeting people from around the world. The tour was on time and very efficient with snacks and lunch.
Swimming and sights were amazing. There are three swim stops to enjoy
No complaints from a couple of 70 year olds.

We had a great trip with swimming stops and lunch. - Great trip with gorgeous views. Simple but nice pasta lunch. We had 3 swimming stops. Better to arrive early to get good seats. You can jump from the side of the boat. You can buy beer on the boat.

Cheaper good value alternative with room for improvement - This was an average experience where the tour delivered what it promised but it was a bit unorganised.
5 days before the tour, we messaged the tour agent via Viator to ask about the stops so we won't need to plan visiting destinations that the tour was going to take us. No response received so we assumed it is just swim spots with no visits to Amalfi and Positano. We planned separately visits to these towns.
One day before the trip, we received a call at the tour time saying that we didn't show up for the tour so they had to leave. When we explained that our tour was the next day, they said it is ok, you can come tomorrow. I mean our tour was the next day anyway.
When we joined the tour, we realised that the boat was quite densely configured with a lot of seats at the top and booths at the indoor section. We chose the indoor part to avoid the sun and it was well ventilated so we were comfortable. However, the seating configuration at the upper deck wasn't luxury at all.
There were 2 nice swim spots and some commentary on the way, which was nice. But then, the tour stopped two hours in Amalfi. We could have avoided going there only if they wrote the tour plan on the Viator page clearly with its stops. Alternatively, after dropping people in Amalfi, the two hour time could be used better by taking interested guests into a more secluded swimming area, helping them to avoid the crowds.
The food options were super basic. Some bread crumbs topped with canned tuna, tomatoes and olives at the first stop and a very "al dente" pasta at the second stop. There was a lot of room for improvement in the food department. Also when we asked for water at the beginning of the tour, they charged 2€ but then the same water became free during lunch time which was a bit annoying.
Apart from that it was all fine. If you want an affordable and ok trip, it is a good option. It could be much improved with a bit clearer plan from the tour company.

Pretty good. - Nice tour and wonderful to the Amalfi Coast from the sea.
Too loud music in bad speakers. Too little guidance. Too many and long breaks for swimming. An hour shorter trip would have been good.
The food not very good.

I expected more from the food - The boat was in a good condition, the staff was kind and the views were beautiful but the food... I expected a lot more being in Italy. Italians take so much pride from their gastronomy yet this was disappointing and did not represent the amazing food you can eat in Italy. For appetiser we had something like a salad with old hard bread crumbs, tomato, some kind of pickled onion and tin tuna. For lunch we had hard pasta (not aldente), in a tomato and olives sauce. Very plain a bit sour, no meat or seafood in it. Very very basic, something that you can cook at home in 5 minutes so you get an idea and no cheese! It did not make sense to me but I had to fill my stomach.
The stops to swim seemed to me very random but we were explained a couple facts about some of the places we could see from the boat while it was moving, which was nice.
As a suggestion I would make at least one stop in land. It would be nice to spend some time in one of the beautiful beaches is Amalfi as part of the tour.
