Stunning Amalfi Coast private boat tour - Took a Greece cruise on the NCL Epic with a stop at Salerno Italy. Didn't have an excursion planned with the ship so we (family of 4) walked off the ship and as you walk through the port terminal there are multiple organizations offering tours. We booked a boat tour of the Amalfi Coast with the Sea4Love Amalfi Coast tour. The marina is right there so very convenient. It was a small boat and would only accept a total of 8 passengers. So not crowded with room to move around. The boat also had a toilet aboard. Also beverages were provided as soda, beer and wine. The boat ride was just wonderful. The Amalfi coast is just stunning. Our boat captain, Davide Izzo, was so nice and accommodating. The boat ride can be wavy and you could experience motion sickness as one of our passengers did but Davide was prepared as he had motion sickness gum aboard and also one of the passengers cell phone was low on battery and again Davide had charging ability on board. Davide also gave commentary on the points of the coast. The tour was 5 hours long and Davide was well aware of our cruise depart times and got us back in time. This was just a pleasant, relaxing boat tour. Would highly recommend. Have fun if you go!

Up close and personal with the Coast - It was lovely to see this beautiful coastline up close. And it was so much fun when the skilled driver even took us into some of the shore’s caves. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating as they helped us figure out transportation back to Salerno because we needed to leave the excursion early to get back to the cruise port on time. Highly recommend!

Small Group, Big Service - Fantastic small group tour – just enough information, nice treats, great boat driving and a boat full of very nice guests. Just what I wanted.

Professional tours at affordable prices - The wonderful host Daniele at our B&B in Salerno arranged a couple of tours for us with Blu Mediterraneo. I trust Daniele, so I knew that if he chose this company for our tours it would be a good company. And it did not disappoint. We would take any trip with Blue Mediterraneo again, and will recommend them to anyone. They are a professional and reliable company. They are a small company out of Salerno. They are punctual and keep to schedule. The group number of the tours is small, which makes the tours very enjoyable and personal. The prices are reasonable for the personalized service that they provide. The 2 different boats we were in were well maintained and clean. On both tours the hostesses and the captains, Ana and Roberto, and Eli and Vincenzo, were entertaining, professional, helpful and friendly. Our favorite tour was the Amalfi Coast tour, with the explanation of every village along the coast, and the slow and relaxing ride on the boat. We would love to take that specific tour again.

A tour you won't regret - A must do. The Amalfi coast is spectacular and seeing it by boat keeps you off the roads and out of the crowds. We went swimming in three gorgeous spots where you could see the fish in the crystal clear waters. Spent some time in the cute, but crowded towns of Amalfi and postino. But also got to see the other towns along the way. Our guide was interesting, helpful and engaging.

Unforgettable day on the Amalfi Coast! - The boat trip on 23.08.2025 along the Amalfi Coast was simply fantastic! Our host Elly and boatmaster Antonio were super warm and made the day perfect. There were two great stops in Amalfi & Positano (one hour each) and three snorkel stops in beautiful places. The food on board was also top - all around a perfect experience that we will never forget!

Pifos in Amalfi! - Great tour that exceeded our expectations! Morena was superb, her English is fantastic (I think she helped to drop the anchor), Norris was a great boat pilot, they had us cruising with the dolphins. And Eli - Eliana checked us in, she was a delightful way to start the tour! Blu should be commended for having such great staff and such a pleasant tour ! Cannot recommend this highly enough!

Fabulous! - I was on a European cruise with a port stop in Salerno. This excursion was the highlight of the entire Cruise. Eli was a wonderful guide, giving us the most interesting facts as we cruised along the Amalfi Coast. I think she was planning lunch at Sophia Loren’s estate, but we settled on champagne and sandwiches on deck as we cruised by her summer home instead. Positano and Amalfi were our two stops to explore on our own. We made sure to get a lemon bomb at Eli’s suggestion…yummy. Overrun with tourism in the summer, but is a must do for the traveler. It was a beautiful hot day and we stopped 3 times to have a quick swim and snorkel off the boat in the crystal clear Mediterranean. Don’t miss this if you are in the area.

A pleasure - I went on two trips and for this reason, this review is doubled.
1. About the company. They are well organized. Their boats are very clean and look new. The toilets are clean. Their location is very easy to find and they have a well-stocked bar. Don't be late! Out of respect for the other tourists, they will leave after a 10-minute wait. So it would be good to come early and try the products from the bar. Last but not least… for your safety, you will take off your shoes on the boat. On the boat, only in bare feet.
2. About the crew. Peoples made company...
On both trips we were lucky.
We had Gianpaolo as our skipper and Delilah (yes, exactly the Tom Jones song) as our guide. I understood that the skipper should be mentioned first, because he is responsible for everything. Well, Gianpaolo is a perfect skipper. It's a pleasure to watch him maneuver that 9m boat through the harbor. Because in season there's a queue at the entrance to the docks. Out at sea, you can drink your glass of prosecco in peace, you won't spill it. Watch him tackle the bigger waves. He inspires you with confidence and you can be sure that you'll have a pleasant trip.
Delilah… he reminded me of a cartoon called Heidi. Heidi was a little girl from the Alps, bubbly and sassy. Delilah is like that too. Her English is very good (as is Gianpaolo's), but she needs to talk more. She knows everything about what you're seeing and more. She gives you the best recommendations for restaurants or sights to visit. Maybe at first you'll be reluctant…after 30 minutes you'll be friends.
Finally, thank you Gianpaolo for recommending the homemade limoncello shop. I hope we don't exceed the weight allowed by the airline.
