- 15 Federal St - Giles Corey met his end here! This is believed to be the site where accused witch Giles Corey was pressed to death for refusing to confess. Arguably the most gruesome tale on the tour! Stand at the spot where he died and learn about the cruel curse he cast upon the city with his final tortured breath.
- 24 St Peter St - A brief stop at a haunted church graveyard linked to the Witch Trials! A fantastic photo opportunity with beautiful antique gravestones.
- 10 Federal St - The site of the dungeon where accused witches were imprisoned and tortured as they awaited trial and execution! Here, you’ll learn about the history of the Witch Trials, the fanatical Puritans, and my favorite Witch Trials figure, Tituba, the innocent enslaved woman who might have secretly practiced Voodoo! Possibly the most actively haunted location in Salem. Be sure to take plenty of photos here!
- Turner’s Seafood at Lyceum Hall -Salem - Bridget Bishop’s land. You’ll recognize this stop if you’ve ever watched ghost hunter shows. Relentlessly haunted by the restless spirit of one of the most stubborn Witch Trials victims. Interestingly, this is also where Alexander Graham Bell first demonstrated his telephone to a large audience. People have reported strange physical manifestations of ghostly energy and captured some incredible photos here.
- Old Town Hall - A great chance to snap a picture of a location from the classic Hocus Pocus movie! This is where the big “I Put A Spell On You” ball scene was filmed!
- Derby Square - Vampires! My favorite part of the tour, here we delve into vampire legends and folklore, as well as the strange truth about modern-day real-life blood drinkers! These stories get bloody.
- Houdini Way - Master magician Harry Houdini performed a dramatic escape right here in Salem!
- Central Street - Serial killer time! Both the Boston Strangler and the brutal maniac Carl Panzram committed their most heinous murders in Salem. You’ll learn the details here.

- The Burying Point - Dating back to 1636, one of the oldest cemeteries in the United States. The resting place of Witch Trial judges and townsfolk who lived through the harrowing ordeal. Extremely haunted. Hawthorne frequented this place during his life and possibly still does after death. An important American historical site and a ritual location for modern magical practitioners.
