• Tourist Attraction Viewing Platform - Next, enjoy the stunning rocky cliff at the end of Taqah’s coastline. Standing 15 meters high, it offers breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean and Taqah city. Feel the refreshing ocean breeze, relax, and capture memorable photos. There’s also a good chance of spotting dolphins below the cliff. A truly superb location.
• Wadi Darbat - The next destination is Wadi Darbat, a renowned and picturesque natural spot in the region. It’s one of the top two tourist attractions in Dhofar, perfect for a memorable day with family. The valley features a spring-fed lake and offers seasonal water activities like pedal kayaking and speedboats, especially after the monsoon. The area boasts a rich ecosystem, beautiful waterfalls, and a pleasant climate, ideal for relaxation. Visitors can often see local herds of camels, cows, and goats.

• Baobab Trees | أشجار التبلدي - Located in the heart of Wadi Hinnah at Samhan Mountain, the next stop is to see the unique giant Tabaldi Baobab Trees, scientifically known as Adansonia digitata. These rare trees, locally called Ankiji or Al Mashwa, can grow up to 25 meters tall with a diameter of up to 2 meters. While commonly found in Africa, particularly Madagascar, about 200 Baobab trees are in Dhofar. Capture memorable photos and experience this rare habitat.
