Family fishing experience - Great day out at sea! Fishing was fun and great view of land from boat, bbq on island was worth it too!

Don’t miss this! - This was easily one of our top three travel experiences in over 30 years of traveling. If you’re looking for a tour that truly immerses you in the local way of life, this is it.
Our guide, Adilton, was outstanding, and together with his nephew they made the experience both authentic and incredibly welcoming.
We caught plenty of fish, enjoyed wonderful company, and had a truly world-class experience at a very reasonable price. An unforgettable day and a must-do — don’t miss it!

Amazing experience! - It was an enjoyable experience from start to fisnish. The crew was friendly, professional and made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of throughout the entire day.
The fishing was lots of fun and we were lucky to catch several fish which were prepared fresh for us later.
The BBQ was delicious, freshly grilled, flavorful and the beautiful setting made it extra special.
Overall i highly recommend this trip for anyone vacationing in Boa Vista and looking to do something special!

Awesome day out! - Tried this recently while on holiday. It was absolutely brilliant! Picture this, BBQ on soft white sands, a great choice of drinks, and loads of activities including unlimited snorkelling, body boarding all to keep you entertained they even take you fishing if that’s for you. The whole experience is made even better by the genuinely lovely people running it. 100% worth every penny! you’ve got to give it a go ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️many thanks for making a forever memory whilst already on a brilliant holiday.

Fishing at sea was great... - Fishing at sea was great fun, caught lots of beautiful looking fish. Then we went to a beautiful beach where we had a BBQ and ate the fish we caught... So tasty. I was poorly when at sea but pushed through as I didn't want to ruin our day. Our guides were so good with me and didn't make me feel uncomfortable - Thank you x

‘Best trip ever!’ So much fun 🤩 - ‘Best trip ever!’ Direct quote from the eldest, we had a fabulous time with ‘Boat trips & Fishing Boa Vista’ our first time ever fishing and were clearly in good hands! Collected and dropped off at our hotel, there were just the three of us in our group so we had a small boat with a crew of two and were very well looked after. We had done our research on Boa Vista and knew the waters were feisty and wind strong so had taken travel sickness tablets as a precaution plus felt very safe with lifejackets on whilst in motion…we caught a fair amount of fish between us (I had help otherwise I would have just been feeding the fish!) snorkelling by the reef was an option but due to the current, visibility was poor so instead opted to snorkel from Djeu island during free time where we were able to dine on what we caught on the BBQ with a delicious salad whilst some inquisitive cats sat waiting patiently for scraps. Whale watching isn’t part of the tour but we were in for a treat as happened to pass a young family of three humpback whales which was quite surreal being so close to them in their natural habitat. Thank you for taking us on this amazing trip and being so patient teaching us how to fish- we all loved it! (Zoë, Joshua & Dylan)

Cancelled trip after we paid for cab and arrived at hotel to be collected. - Do not use. Cost us €11 cab fare to a trip they cancelled AFTER we travelled to be collected as instructed by them. Refused to pay it back. They cancelled, not via TripAdvisor but by mobile we used the day before to confirm. No contact from our approx 9.15am arrival at hotel we travelled to be collected from until nearly 10am. This despite us reaching out regularly. Then they say 'shame on us' for expecting the refund. They think getting us back at no charge makes us even. It does not make up for the monies paid or time wasted. We rarely leave negative reviews. In this case their lack of professionalism and integrity compels us to do so. We understand that things happen and expressed our empathy that their boat broke down. We expect them to attack us as a result of this feedback. They have threatened to do so. If and when they do, it validates our point. They could have paid back the €11 and apologised. They did neither.
