Outstanding - highly recommend - Our tour of the right bank in Bordeaux was led by Paola. We began in the town of St. Emilion which was beautiful and not to be missed. We received an overview of the Bordeaux region from Paola on our drive to St Emilion and further detail from one of the wine estate owners who is also a wine shop proprietor. After we had time to explore the town, we then toured a winery in the region, walking in the vineyard, tasting merlot grapes and seeing the entire vinification process. We enjoyed a tasting and then a wonderful picnic lunch that Paola prepared. Finally we headed to an estate in Pomerol which was magnificent. I felt that our day covered everything I had hoped to experience for the right bank - tremendous knowledge, on tasting of a wide range of wines, time to enjoy the beautiful town of St Emilion, and an up close interaction with the winemakers and their wines, especially in Pomerol. We had a kind and knowledgeable guide, too. Highly recommend!

Outstanding tour and guide. - We had a fantastic day on our private Saint-Émilion wine tour with Dante. From start to finish, everything was exceptionally well organised.
Dante was a fabulous host—friendly, engaging, knowledgeable, and with a great sense of humour. His passion for the region, its history, and its wines really brought the whole experience to life and made the day both informative and thoroughly enjoyable.
We were picked up from our accommodation in a comfortable, air-conditioned Mercedes minibus, making the journey relaxing and convenient.
Our first stop was the beautiful medieval town of Saint-Émilion, where we explored the historic church, wandered through the charming cobbled streets, and enjoyed our first excellent wine tasting.
We then visited a stunning château for another wine tasting, followed by a delicious picnic lunch in beautiful surroundings. In the afternoon, we visited another impressive château, where the immersive experience was a real highlight and gave us a fascinating insight into the winemaking process.
Overall, it was a superb day from beginning to end. Dante was an outstanding guide, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this tour to anyone visiting Bordeaux or Saint-Émilion. A truly memorable experience!

A wine tour of Saint-Émilion, expertly hosted by Dante. - The tour was exceptional. Dante extremely friendly and demostrated extensive expertise. We enjoyed numerous wine tastings, generous lunch portions, and an outstanding wine immersion experience. There was no pressure to purchase at any of the chateaux we visited, and options were available across all price points. This is a tour not to be missed.

Great experience in Saint Emilion - Great experience, a very well-organized tour, they changed the tour to English for us due to a lack of Spanish bookings, but the guide was attentive the whole time to translate whatever was necessary for us. 3 different tastings and a spectacular picnic. Highly recommended.

Great tour, would recommend! - Great experience! It’s a full day so be prepared, but so much to see and explore. Visiting the church and town was very special, and you could see how intertwined all wine and associated businesses are. The picnic lunch was delicious and at the right time, and despite the 39 degree heat, our hosts an tour guides took care of us and made sure we enjoyed our day to the fullest.
