Very beautiful discovery - Presentation of the wines, the cellar, and tasting in an excellent atmosphere. The explanations, the exchanges, and the tasting of 3 wines were conducive to beautiful discoveries. Valentin is an excellent ambassador for the estate.

Best visit - It was such a pleasure to be guided around the production and the vineyards. The presenter was amazing and made us feel good and comfortable which gave us the possibility to ask a lot of questions. The wine tasting was just as good. A huge recommendation from us :)

There is always time for a good glass of wine. - Small and fine. Valentin, the guide, explained in detail to our group of four how the wine goes from the grape to the bottle. All questions were fully answered. The subsequent tasting of four wines was very well selected. We can only recommend the visit further. Thank you, Valentin.

Enjoyable experience - Our guide was excellent. She was very pleasant and explained the various processes thoroughly. They have a beautiful vineyard and their cave is interesting. We liked the wines they included in the tasting and purchased a couple to take home.

Unpretentious Family Winemaking at its Best - Valentin was a knowledgeable and gracious host. This is truly small, generational family winemaking at its best. The wines are superb. The estate is a short walk from the St-Emilion train station, so no rental car needed. We enjoyed our time with Valentin more than we did in the shops in St-Emilion proper.

The tour lasted maybe... - The tour lasted maybe 15-20 minutes and didn't include very much information. It was a long distance to travel for a short experience.

Average... disappointed. Commercial before being pleasant. - Quick, with a single objective: to sell us wine. A one-hour visit that lasts 30 minutes. We judge by comparison, and this is the least impressive of those we have been able to visit.

WARNING! No luck by arrogant, rude and lying organizer. - WARNING! We are extremely surprised and shocked by the organiser's frivolous, rude and Trump-like response to our review of the June 25 no-show. We were at the facility 7 minutes before the screening was to begin. We left it 20 minutes after the tour should have started, the temperature was over 40 degrees. During this time we knocked several times on the doors of the store, production facility and residential building. We called the organizer six times during this time. We took pictures of the abandoned so-called castle. When we left, we received an e-mail from the organizer expressing regret for the missed tour. We've had the money refunded. Why don't you just admit you've done the wrong thing? We demand an apology here at Tripadvisor and that you remove your false, misleading, arrogant and degraded response to Rune F. on June 30.

WARNING! Unreliable, missed tour! - We had booked a guided tour with the following wine tasting. We were on time at the meeting place, we waited for 20 minutes (in 40 degree heat) but no guide showed up. No one answered the phone, only answering machine, no one answered when you knocked, the place looked pretty rundown. 20 minutes after the event was supposed to start, an email came that they had some technical problem but still impossible to make contact with any human. So - we got no wine tasting and no offer of new time or so. So bad, so disappointed.
