• La Mare Wine Estate - The Guided Tour & Tasting Experience with Premium Upgrade includes all the features of our standard tour, plus an upgrade to a full-size spirit with a mixer of your choice, accompanied by crostini and tapenade to savor in the garden room with views of the stunning gardens.

The experience begins with an introduction to the estate’s history, set against the backdrop of breathtaking scenery.

The next stop is the winery, where guests can sample three of our wines and learn about the journey of a Jersey vine from grape to glass throughout the year.

Visitors will then explore our authentic working Cognac-Style Distillery to discover how we distill our unique Jersey Cream Liqueur, complete with a tasting session.

Guests will also see where we produce our own Jersey fudge, biscuits, and preserves, including the renowned Jersey Black Butter, watch our chocolatier at work, and have the chance to sample some delightful treats.

Finally, enjoy a refreshing glass of a La Mare spirit of your choice with a mixer, to be relished at the end of the tour in the serene setting of our garden room and exquisite gardens.

If you’re a wine enthusiast looking for a unique experience then you’ll love a Premium Tour and Tasting at a local vineyard and distillery in Jersey. You’ll learn about the history of the estate, the different grape varieties grown on site, and the winemaking process. You’ll go behind-the-scenes in the winery & sample some of the estate’s award-winning wines. From a crisp white to a full-bodied red, there is something to suit every palate. During the tasting, a knowledgeable guide will talk you through the different wines, explaining the grape varieties used and the winemaking process. In addition to sampling the delicious wines, visitors on the Experience will also have the opportunity to try the estate’s homemade chocolate, fudge and Jersey Black Butter. Children are also welcome. Under 10s go free and older children receive an apple juice, activity pack and treat.
