Amazing - It was amazing my driver was very friendly and knew alot about the history of Grenada. Really enjoyed the waterfall which was my highlight and watching those guys jump from the rocks into the river was my highlight while my mom she enjoyed the chocolate factory

Great day out in Grenada. - Great day out with Jeremy. He was very knowledgeable about the island’s plants and spices. He was very engaging, passionate about Grenada and we learnt a lot about Grenada. Only downside was the service and food at the Belmont Estate which was very slow and expensive for what it was. On the plus side, the Estate’s tour guide worked on to ensure we could complete the tour. Otherwise everything else was great. Would recommend the tour and the company. Jeremy was a fantastic tour guide.

Skip the chocolate factory - Our guide was amazing. The chocolate factory was not as good as we expected and the restaurant there was expensive for not great food

Interesting tour and great to sample the different varieties of chocolate - The estate is beautiful and up in the mountains. We did a tour about the history of chocolate which was really interesting. We got to see the chocolate making processes and also learnt about the other plants on the estate. Our daughters loved walking through the cocoa beans. We loved tasting the chocolate at the end and were surprised that there was also white chocolate.

good tour, spend more time at Belmont Estate - Jeremy is a great guide. Super friendly and knowledgeable. The Belmont Estate was a nice visit, and I wish we had more time there. In fact, I would spend more time at Belmont and drop Annandale Falls, which is, let's face it, a tourist trap. It's a small waterfall 100yds down a paved road lined with sellers hawking their wares. Grand Etang Lake, well, honestly it's just a pond with some koi in it. However, while we were there we did come across somebody who was able to coax a monkey down from a tree, and my wife got to hold the monkey, so that was worth it.

Disappointing experience - The visit to the Chocolate Factory was highly enjoyable and educational, the factory's guide was learned, enthusiastic and a joy. Learning about chocolate growing was tge highlight of this trip. The trip's sightseeing experience was marred by a driver/guide who spoke broken English, did not know the flora or fauna (or the English words for them.) The "bus" was a 20-year old, beaten up Toyota with bald tires. For the price, I expected a much better tour.

Do not recommend this tour by Nirraky - I’m normally very easygoing when it comes to tours, but this experience was disappointing from the start and unfortunately got worse. I booked this tour with Nirraky Tours specifically because it included a visit to Belmont Estates, which I was excited about and had even planned to visit independently before seeing it was part of this itinerary. I booked late the night before, and the operator initially responded saying they couldn’t accommodate me. I replied saying I was unavailable the next day and requested a refund. The next morning, I received a message from Nirraky saying they were making a “special arrangement” and to contact them. When I did, I was offered a different tour, which they described as more expensive and better — but they did not inform me of any of the specific changes. I trusted them and agreed, assuming the quality would be equivalent or better. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. The revised tour did not include Belmont Estates, and instead I was taken to a small chocolate shop that does not offer tours on Sundays — only the retail store was open. This was not disclosed beforehand, and it completely undercut the experience. I missed out on the immersive visit to Belmont Estates that I had hoped for. Additionally, the tour included a stop at sulphur springs. I had specifically asked the operator if I needed to bring anything or if there was swimming involved, and I was told no. So when we arrived, I had nothing appropriate with me and had to just sit and wait while everyone else participated. I tried to resolve this directly with the tour company through WhatsApp after the tour, explaining my dissatisfaction and requesting a partial refund. They read my messages and never replied. I then contacted Viator, who initially seemed willing to help but ultimately refused a refund, citing that I received a “more expensive” tour — even though it clearly did not match what I booked and several key elements were misrepresented or missing entirely. Bottom line: this was not the tour I booked, it was poorly communicated, and the actual experience fell short. If I had known the full details of what I was agreeing to, I would have declined. I feel taken advantage of and ignored when I tried to address it. I don’t recommend booking with this operator, and I’m disappointed that Viator didn’t stand by their customer in this case.

Im not sure what the mix up was since the inclement weather. - I never got to go on this tour, because there was inclement weather on Thursday. I received a text from Nirraky stating that the trip was cancelled until Friday. I recv'd another text sring that there was not enough people, and cancelled until.Saturday morning. All ready to go this morning only to find out the tour wqs goung to: Good Morning Allison, your guide is on his way to you. Please also be reminded that the entrance fees included in your tour are to the 1. House of Chocolate Museum 2. Clarkes Court Distillery for the sampling. If you would loke to do a tour of the facility its an additional $5USD per person if you’re interested). 3.
