Unique Winter Experience - Bus ride to the Ice Hotel was comfortable & smooth! Our tour guide was friendly & punctual. The Ice Hotel itself was absolutely beautiful! Stunning architecture & design. We especially enjoyed the Ice Bar

You Won't Believe it Until You See It! - This is a great experience for the whole family! Be prepared to be cold, but amazed at how the ice hotel is built and maintained. You will wonder what it would be like to stay there - which you can - but if you just want a tour, this is perfect!

Nice experience - Is a great exlerience. The Glaze Hotel is awsome and been able to walk on your own pace is the best. Transportation is very confortable and on time.

Excellent and unique experience, not to be missed! - This was a perfect excursion. The bus ride was painless and on time, with a pleasant driver. The Ice Hotel surpassed our expectations. It was so beautiful and perfectly done. We have never experienced any other place like it. We visited all the rooms and were in awe of the different room themes and ice sculptures. We had a drink in an ice class in the bar, and the bartender was so friendly. A very positive experience and highly recommended.

Great spectacle - It was an adequate amount of tour time. Safe driver who ensured we were all aboard. Spectacular artistic snow and ice sculptures in the themed rooms.

Ice Hotel Experience - One thing that should be noted as this is a self-guided tour of the ice hotel. It is an amazing experience to see the hotel and all of the rooms but we felt it would have been amazing to have a guide give a history and explanation of the process to build the hotel and the experience to spend a night there. Would have made the experience a whole lot better. There were not a lot of food options at the location. Would recommend packing snacks for the tour.

No tickets and stranded at the ice hotel. - Very disorganized and dishonest tour company. Arrived to your office and was told to board any bus out front for Ice Hotel. No tickets provided so we spent 30 minutes at the venue to get tickets issued. Upon returning to the bus at designated time, we watched the bus pull away. After calling the tour office, we were told thay another bus would arrive. It never did. We had to pay for a taxi to return to the city. Tour company offered a 10% refund and we declined as it was nowhere near the amount we had to pay for taxi. Book with this company if you want to waste time and get stranded.
