Only issue we had was the one machine had a really bad tire put on and it affected performannce of the machine. When we brought it up before the ride we were told that the only option was to cancel the rental. Not a possible option seen as we travelled from canada and did not have a date change option. After the ride was completed when the tire was brought up no discount or anything was offered. Even a fuel discount would have been appreciated (anything to show they cared). I understand that rental machines will have bumps and bruises, but when renting machines I would expect them to be in decent condition.

On Thursday, August 287h I rented a 4 seater online for 9:00 am Friday morning for four hours. I was concerned about the weather and decided to rent morning vs afternoon. We were staying in Island Park and in the morning I checked the radar and saw that it was raining in St Anthony. I sent a text at 7:30 am looking for some direction on the weather as we had a 1 hour drive. No response and I called several times. I waited until 9:00 am when you open and still no response. Finally at 9:30 someone picked up and confirmed it was raining and that I could not change my time. Absolutely no leniency. I was aware of your cancelation policy and mother nature policy from your rental receipt, but no where could I find it on your website prior to booking. After talking to your employee we decided to go and salvage something from our rental. We arrived at 11:00 am and rode for 1 1/12 hours. Prior to leaving I asked if we could get an additional hour and I was told that all the machines were rented. That was not true because there was nobody there at 1:00 to rent and I came by later an they were still there. Very disappointing and misleading. The only bright side was the machine was great.
