This 90-minute walking tour explores documented true crime, local folklore, and paranormal occurrences at historic sites, including a hanging tree, a catastrophic fire, a murder linked to a potential brothel, a bank heist, and the city’s funeral home history.

The tour offers special access to the Safety Harbor Resort and Spa lobby. Participants engage in a ghost hunting experience at the Elf Tree using dowsing rods, a spirit box, cat balls, and the flashlight experiment. Since 2021, consistent activity has been recorded at a particular spot on this route before, during, and after each tour.
