Having a 6 yr old on the tour, she and actually we were all looking forward to seeing the babies like the day tour. This was very disappointing. The tigers in a natural habitat was nice but when these animals were brought up in the small closed in pin in the middle of the tower, everyone got sprayed by the tigers- some folks even in the face. I tried to cover up my daughter but she was sprayed as well. Alot of folks were very upset at this as one person said we did not pay this kind of money to be sprayed on by an animal. I suggest taking that out of the safari. Outside was nice but I was very nervous when the wolves were brought out with the admission of the one trainer the Alpha male was nervous because of the Tigers and Cheetas around. The trainers would bring the Wolf over to my daughter and she was almost eye level to the Wolf- one of Wolves being nervous and the trainers keep saying don't get close to their mouth all the time my daughter at eye level in front of their mouth, and all I could think is this is a nervous wild animal at eye level and mouth in front of her face. I walked over to the Cheetah exhibit and one of the Cheetas jumped as my daughter when she was walking in front of me- it scared her and me. She said she was ready to go and we were too. I left the safari feeling like a bad parent for not protecting my daughter more and I think of the "what if" factor and the fact that I signed a paper not holding anyone liable for the wild animal actions. My job is to protect my daughter and I failed to do so and put her in danger that could have left her scarred for life or even worse if something had happened. The day Safari was much safer and never felt in danger for my daughter or anyone else in my family. David Williams

This had the potential of being amazing. However being in a group with a film crew from Nat Geo and the ever imposing neighbor lady that prevented the paying customers from being able to see as well or hear the information being presented. There were numerous occasions when the camera people and or their equipment took up valuable viewing area to those of us that paid to be there. That is my major complaint from the experience. The other disappointing aspect was the slight misrepresentation of the hands on experience. Your safari tours offer photo ops not an actual experience with the animals. The pics are cute but I wanted time to interact with the animals and thought that is what I was paying for. That was just misrepresented.

My husband and I absolutely love your safari tours. I have done both the day and the night tour and loved both of them. My husband describes the night safari tour as magical and tells everyone he talks to about it! We so enjoyed the overall experience; the interaction with the animals, being educated about them, and the friendliness of all the staff. (We want to join your family!) We are planning to return again and again and again to share with our children, our grandchildren, and our friends!! (Obviously, we are planning to continue to fund your efforts and are loving every dollar spent!!) Thank you, thank you, thank you, Sandy & Mark
