- Mortuary Temple of Hatshepsut - Our tour guide will lead you to the Mortuary Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, considered the finest temple built for the lady Pharaoh. A Polish mission, in collaboration with UNESCO, is currently restoring this temple, which is fitting given the Polish expertise in polishing. You’ll have a wonderful time visiting this temple.

- Valley of the Kings - Our tour guide will explain why the ancient Egyptians chose this location for their burials and provide details about the tombs, which are not included in the tour but can be visited for an additional fee. The guide will assist with payment options if needed. Following the guide’s instructions will help you avoid persistent souvenir salesmen. You can also visit the Alabaster factory in Luxor for authentic souvenirs. You’ll explore three recommended tombs on your own, as guided tours inside the tombs are no longer permitted. There’s a café where you can enjoy a coffee before rejoining the guide and returning to the car.
- Luxor - Our tour guide will accompany you on a motorboat ride on the Nile River, offering unique photo opportunities from the boat on this eternal river.
- Nile River Valley - Enjoy lunch with our tour guide at a special restaurant on either the west or east bank of the Nile. The meal is served buffet-style, and customers only need to pay for their drinks, as we cover the cost of the meal.
- Luxor - After lunch, our tour guide will either drive you back to the hotel or, if they have another tour the next day, stay in Luxor while our driver takes you back. You’ll enjoy the desert scenery on the return trip.
- Luxor - Our tour guide will assist you in crossing from the eastern bank of the Nile River to the western bank.

day in Luxor & valley of the kings plus more - truly amazing day of ancient history with my wife, our driver was amazing with his new car, and our guide George was very accommodating and knowledgeable.

Establish exactly what you are paying for! - The English speaking guide was very good as was lunch before the boat trip across the Nile and were the best part of this experience - other than the antiquities.
Make sure you know EXACTLY what you are paying for- what is included and excluded.
The drivers were uncaring about their passengers, did not check that they were all on board or comfortable. They did not wear a distinguishing badge or uniform and did not introduce themselves or seem to have adequate documentation to show which tour guide they were working for. The driver drove with one hand whilst on his phone much of the time and stopped at a busy junction to have a cigarette with a driver from the van in front of us. He did not inform us as to why we had stopped or communicate with us in any way. The van was cramped and very hot even though there was supposed to be aircon. There was a “cold box” with drinks for the passengers but the drinks were warm.
The antiquities were amazing of course.
I would not recommend Viator.
