Great attention. Excellent staff. - After picking us up, and already far from the airport, we realized that we had left a bag at the meeting point.
They've been wonderful. She's been searched and found. When they could have misunderstood since they were not responsible for what happened.
I must also comment that the Pickup Service is very good. They send you a video the day before with all the steps to reach the meeting point.
Highly recommended!

Great service - We used this company for our airport transfer 4 years ago and used them again for our return transfer to and from sabiha gochen airport ! Great big van felt like a celebrity. Nice and clean. Value for money. Will use again thank you

Need better signage at airport - I had a great experience with SAW transportation from Sabiha Gökçen Airport to downtown Istanbul—once I located their representative. The confirmation indicated they would be inside waiting after baggage claim, but they were actually outside the airport. This caused some worry as I couldn't find them at first and had to ask a security officer for help. Thankfully, someone from another travel company kindly walked me over to the SAW representative.
Once I connected with them, the ride to Istanbul was excellent. The car was very comfortable, and the overall service was smooth. I would recommend SAW transportation, but better signage or clearer communication about their meeting point at the airport would make the process even better.

Not exactly the best service - The reason for the 3 stars is that the car was a bit dusty and we were not dropped off to our exact location. We had to walk another 3 minutes ourselves to the hotel.

Never again - I had to wait around 30 minutes in the cold to get picked up after arriving at the meeting point. It felt as though my transfer was sold to another private company and the driver was not waiting for me at the airport. Instead I had to go quite a bit outside the airport and meet staff members who told me to wait until a driver was assigned. The driver who eventually took me turned up in a really awful looking car that smelled bad and was very old, dirty and cramped even for one person. It was an uncomfortable journey and I wouldn't book again with these guys.

Terrible experience - On Sunday night, I was flying from New York City to London to get a connecting flight to Istanbul. When I arrived in London Monday morning, I was told my flight to Istanbul was canceled and I was rebooked on another flight which was four hours later. I contacted Istanbul travel company, and Viator and was told that because it was less than 24 hours. They could do nothing about it.
That is terrible service. We know flights change all the time and you have to be able to let them know when I called. They had almost 7 hours to be able to change it and they could’ve easily changed to my new arrival time.
I want my money back. If not, I will never use you to book Travel from an airport. And I will tell everyone else not to use you.
Other than this experience, I have always liked viator

AVOID! Absolutely crap! - I'm writing a review for Sabiha Gokcen Airport, Istanbul. Try and avoid this airport if you can. They're probably the only airport that have no water refill stations at all. I went round and asked cafe staff if I was able to refill my bottle and they outrightly refused telling me that I need to buy a water bottle. 500ml water bottles are 40TL each, at the vending machines. Cafes charges are higher, at 2 Euros each. It's a complete ripoff. You're also expected to bin your water bottle if your entering the airport for a connecting flight so that you purchase water bottles. A complete scam. What's the point of asking us to bin our water bottles when we already went through security from the previous flight? It's basically to make money.

Avoid at any cost - Avoid at any cost. I booked this transfer a month in advance and paid for it in full. Upon arrival, Nobody met us. We sent several messages via Tripadvisor, but no one answered. We ended up taking the yellow taxi. I asked for a refund. And got it after a couple of days. No explanation, no apology. Extremely unreliable transfer service.
