Snowmobile - Beautiful scenery and great experience. Highly recommended!! Long, great, safe, guided, thermals included.

Loved it! - We both absolutely loved the snowmobiling. Alban was a brilliant guide too. We can’t wait to come back and do it again!

Keep your distance! - Our small group of 4 people on 2 snow mobiles was instructed by our guide, Gaga, who soon assessed our driving and following of safety protocols as excellent; consequently he took us fast and deep into the forest. On the way back, we saw a group of about 30 snow mobiles! The best think about Safartica, is they’ll go out with a minimum of two in a group, and their maximum group size is not unwieldy. My partner was not confident with driving, so Gaga waited until we got to the flat, less bumpy tracks to swap us over (the other group swapped over at the half-way point after hot berry juice and cinnamon bun). She loved driving - and had sore shoulders that night! Highly recommended.

Fantastic guides! - Incredible experience on our last day in Finland! Guides were fantastic, and the experience was so much fun. Beautiful weather, beautiful views and really knowledgable helpful staff.

Winter Wonderland in Northern Lapland, Finland - Sarriselkä or Saariselka, no matter how you spell it or pronounce it, ... It is a small, manageable place with hotels and small shops where you can relax and shop after a winter wonderland day 😃 Just adorable!!!

Have some experience on... - Have some experience on how to drive a snowmobile!!! A test drive beforehand is most important. It is not as easy as it looks and the snow is very deceiving. There was a terrible accident on our excursion due to total inexperience. This optional extra is labeled as an extreme sport with insurance companies. Let them know you are doing it beforehand or you will NOT be covered if an accident occurs.

I can't imagine a better way to experience our first snowmobile ride! - We booked our first ever snowmobile ride with Safartica as a private 2-hour option (two of us) and it was FANTASTIC. From the time we entered the office to get suited-up to the time we departed, the staff was very friendly, helpful, patient and full of information. They provided new, high quality, comfortable outerwear to supplement what we were already wearing. The snowmobiles were in great condition and a very thorough instructional and safety briefing was provided before we commenced. Our friendly and experienced guide, Marianne, was top-notch. She led us on a wonderful, fun and exciting journey through town, and up/through/over several fells providing excellent vantage points of the surrounding region and in the direction of Norway and Russia. We stopped briefly for some hot cider and cookies, where Marianne provided a very interesting description of life in Lapland. Later, we stopped briefly one more time to take some selfies and photos of the desolate, yet beautiful surroundings. We are so happy that Marianne was our guide - she is a great asset to Safartica.

Great experience, loved... - Great experience, loved driving through the forest. They do go a bit quicker once you get the hang of it but would have loved to try going a bit off-road.

Absolutely recommended for customers aged 0-88 years! - The Safartica team has taken us to the most special places for a week, in a small group setting with personal attention. Special thanks also to Mathilde and Marianne, who also provided us with advice outside Safartica. Highly recommended!

Great experience - Lucky to have had a super nice French guide. Learning is very easy. Too bad there is not the possibility to go a little faster and do a little longer (when the cold is bearable)
