The tour begins at 9 am. A local guide will greet participants at their hotel in Sapa Town or in front of the main church. Following a brief introduction, the journey proceeds 2km down Cat Cat’s road, a renowned village of the Hmong minority. From there, travelers will reach the hanging bridge over the Muong Hoa river and continue uphill into the mountains through a bamboo forest. This path offers the opportunity to admire some of Vietnam’s largest and most stunning rice terraces and enjoy the breathtaking mountain views atop the Hoang Lien Son mountain. The tour then descends to Y Linh Ho village for lunch at a small, traditional restaurant operated by a local Hmong family. After the meal, the journey continues to Ta Van, a village of the renowned Giay minority, where a local host family will warmly welcome guests. There will be time to relax, take a hot shower, and prepare for dinner. Participants may also join an informal cooking class if they wish.
Y Linh Ho - The tour proceeds to Y Linh Ho village for lunch at a small, traditional restaurant operated by a local Hmong family.
Ta Van - Ta Van, a village of the renowned Giay minority, where a local host family will warmly welcome guests.
Ta Van – Giang Ta Chai – Sapa (12km around 5 hours)
Sapa - Enjoy a hot cup of coffee or tea and explore the homestay’s surroundings and nearby rice fields. After breakfast, the tour ascends into the mountains to the waterfalls of Giang Ta Chai. Participants will enter the Red Dao area, where the local guide will provide insights into their culture and daily life. After a brief visit to a Red Dao family, the tour returns to the waterfalls via an alternative trail and crosses a second hanging bridge. Lunch will be served in Giang Ta Chai village at a small, local restaurant run by a Hmong family. After the meal, a bus will be ready to transport participants back to Sapa Town.

Ban Ho – Nam Tong – Sapa (3km around 3 hours)
Ban Ho Village - After a delightful breakfast in Ban Ho, the trek continues to Nam Toong village, approximately 3km from Ban Ho. In this village, visitors can learn about the Red Dzao minority, known for the red scarves they wear on their heads. After exploring Nam Toong, the tour returns to Ban Ho for lunch. Following lunch, transportation will be available to bring participants back to Sapa, marking the end of the tour.
