Wonderful! - This tour was fantastic! Our tour guide was Mu and she was great! We opted for the 2 night, 3 day tour. The accommodations were great with a nice breakfast buffet and made to order items. The supper was good, but was very similar the two evenings. We loved the fact that we were in a small group each day. The pick-up from our old quarter hotel to Sapa where we met our guide, was horrendous. The driver was very rude. I would highly recommend to the tour company to go with a different contracted bus company. There was some detail confusion from the Sapa tour company, but all in all a wonderful experience.

H’mong village tour - Our experience with Cat, our H’mong guide was tremendous. She is knowledgeable of local customs, plants and insects. Clearly , she is an amazing woman, having taught herself English well enough to be a good guide at 23. She went out of her way to rearrange our bus tickets due to schedule change. We felt completely safe with her.

Amazing Sa Pa with excellent tour guide Zizi - This was my fourth trip to Sa Pa - but the scenery continues to amaze me. Besides the incredible beauty of the nature we had a very good guide . Her name is Zizi. She gave us a lot of insights into local customs and local life. Furthermore she knew when to push us politely during trekking or stop us for enjoying and taking pictures of our surroundings

Brilliant couple of days trekking around Sapa with Khu - We arrived in Sa Pa to fog & rain but this didn’t stop our fabulous guide Khu from making this a truly unique and amazing experience . Khu tailored the tour to seeing the best of the villages and learning about the life of locals , cultures and beliefs . Her knowledge & personal insights were so interesting & she is friendly & engaging. The village walk today was absolutely fantastic and took you further away from the busy touristy parts of SaPa . Be prepared for an intrepid trek ( very muddy today though because of the rainfall ) but absolutely worthwhile! Would highly recommend

Skip this, it’s not worth it. - Honestly, you’re far better off booking everything à la carte than using this tour. The communication is vague and confusing throughout. The “comfortable sleeper bus” was a mess and clearly contracted out because the had no idea what they were doing and we left more than 90 min late, causing the first day trek to be rescheduled for a future day. The bus was old and loud and uncomfortable and the “comfort stops” are equally bad. The hotels they provide are not good…leaks, smells, broken outlets… Both of my treks didn’t happen due to weather (not the operators fault) but I did them on my ow layer in the day when it cleared, and trust me you don’t need a guide. They do provide meals but there all super basic and you don’t get to choose your meal. Take the train, boom your own hotels, choose your own restaurants, and skip this. Even the transportation back was completely confusing due to lack of communication and the hotel staff having no idea what the tour schedule is.
